We were treated like friends by Pier and welcomed to his lovely apartment in the centre of Rome. Everything was just as we hoped for our stay in casepier Quirinale and when we needed help Pier was there for us. Could not give a higher recommendation!

La location è ubicata in posizione strategica rispetto alle maggiori attrazioni cittadine. Abbiamo ripetuto l esperienza ed anche questa volta siamo stati bene.

The apartment is at the first floor of a historical building, tastefully furnished, roomy, high ceiling with all kind of appliances and amenities that anyone may need. Excellent location, only two stops from the heart of the center but however very quiet inside. It's warm and cozy and makes you feel like home, we definitely made the right choice.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Rome. A five minute walk from Termini railway and minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum , the Pantheon the Presidential Palace and The Roman Forum. Ideal and a perfect central location. Pier communicated really well before we flew out and was very helpful with advice to make our trip perfect. Pier and his wife met us at the apartment and were ever so welcoming. The apartment was enchanting and was so well resourced- everything was thought of to ensure our stay was carefree -from use of a laptop and washing machine down to tea towels, washing up liquid and tea and coffee. I loved the windows and shutters which gave the apartment its Roman feel. The apartment was spotless with a mixture of modern and period furniture which gave it a stylish feel. As has been said before, the windows look out to inner courtyards so natural light was slightly muted which didn't bother us as we were out most of the day.The bed was so comfortable after our daily travels and the shutters ensured we were well rested for the next day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

First class apartment and is close to most attractions. Promotional material could be more specific as to the location.

Fabulous six days in Rome Pier and his wife were fabulous. Booked our taxi pick up ( delightful driver and so informative) Apartment was lovely and quiet despite being so central to everything and all the popular sites. Peir recomended a fabulous place to eat on my birthday and even left a bottle of fizz for us to enjoy. The accomodation was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable after all our walking around the beautiful city. As the apartment is within a large buiding and internal natural light is through a coutyard so to some could be a little dark, however as we rarely stayed in during the day it was a very welcome retreat after a busy day walking in the sunshine. Would really reccomed this apartment and hope to return one day soon. Thank you Peir for all you did for us.

The owners communicated very well before arrival. The owners met us at the enterance and showed us the absolutely brilliant apartment right in a central location in Rome. We had walked with baggage from Rome Central Train Station. The apartment was as described but bigger and better than I thought it would be. That was a lovely surprise. The 1st evening we accidentally left our map home and followed the crowd to the Trevi Fountain just a few mins walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this apartment and highly recommend it for a couple to stay. The owners were most helpful

Muy bien ubicado en el centro, caminando se accede a todas las atracciones. Muy bien amueblado, completo. baño grande. Los dueños muy amables. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente departamento cerca de las "cuatro fontanas". Hermosamente decorado y en perfectas condiciones. Los propietarios (Pierluigi y Maria) son dos personas maravillosas que nos ayudaron y asesoraron en todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy bien comunicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés en la ciudad. Un hermoso lugar para alojarse en Roma.
