Wow what an amazing apartment. We were met by Francesco the owners son and shown around the apartment. It was sparking clean with everything we needed and extras. Coffee pod machine, washing machine, plenty of glasses etc. The location to the Roman forum and colosseum was within walking distance. Thankyou Clara for organising our taxi on the day we left also. I would certainly stay here again if ever back in Rome and recommend to friends.

An attractive, quirky, well equipped apartment literally five minutes from major sights like Trajan’s Column and the Roman Forum, in a characterful area with lots of small bars and restaurants - but not “touristy”. It has the feel of a real living neighbourhood. Very helpful owners, very easy to communicate with.

I strongly recommend this place if you want a great place to stay near the Colosseum. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of places nearby for dining out.

From the time of booking to our departure, Clara was attentive, corteous and kind. Location was excellent and allowed us to move around and visit just about all the sites we had intended. Welcome ammenities were appreciated. Security was not great as access to the building was not always locked. Many times we found the door ajar. It is very important for future guests to consider the low ceilings. My husband had a hard time with a few of the low beams. He is 5'11-1/2" without shoes. I would recommend this property to anyone who is 5'10" maximum. The bedroom has a window that leads to another staircase. The light stays on in the staircase well into the night. We ended up covering that window with towels, pillows, etc. Pillows were very hard.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location - quiet cobbled street but with great restaurants on the doorstep and very close to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. Owner, Clara, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Half a block from the Imperial Forums and three from the Colosseum....amazing. Apartment is cute and well appointed, but with low ceilings. My husband is 5' 10" and hit his head multiple times on the ceiling beams. We really appreciated having the extra space the stretch out was really nice. Having the washer/dryer saved us money too!

Wow. What a fantastic little place....this hidden gem was located no more than a 8min walk from the coloseum, 30sec from some of the best gelato and 5sec from one of the best resturaunts in Rome. I'm not excagerating. Literally opposite the best restaurant ever. It's the perfect location. It's only a 15min walk to the Vatican as well. The apartment was fantastic. Cosy and beautifully decorated. The ceilings are traditional old hardwood and have been varnished and are beautifully restored to make the apartment more welcoming. The brickwork exposed to show the vintage and the history of the building The bathroom has a heated towel rack and the shower big enough even for someone like me at 6'1. There was coffee avail, refreshments in the fridge and the comforts of ur own home....u could cook pasta or make ur own breakfast. Everything was there ready for you. The resturaunt opposite is fantastic. Make sure u prebook thou. There will be ppl waiting in a Que to reserve a table. Robert deniro, Al Pacino Bruce Springsteen are just to name a few ppl who have dined here. Clara is wonderful and so welcoming and helpful in every way...U won't want to leave this little place.

Next door to the Roman Forum, in a fashionable street with loads of restaurants, this apartment is extremely well appointed and a pleasure to return to after walking amongst the ancient sights of Rome through busy crowds. We felt very secure, cool and relaxed there. The owner, Clara, is very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay there and would definitely return.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped to make any Italian meal. Meat market and vegetable market just down the street. People there were so helpful when trying to buy meat. Would stay here again if I return to Rome. Thank you Clara for meeting us and showing us around the apartment and telling us about a few of the fabulous restaurants in the area.
