Great location with awesome bus stops and a very comfy bed!!
The property is very well kept, clean and the furniture is very nice. The bed is amazingly comfortable! Slept better than I did at home. It was nice to have a wash machine and a nice porch to sit out on with a full kitchen, stocked with pots and pans/silverware/etc.The landlord brought us a crib which was great for our 1 year old son. As far as location goes it's awesome for travelers on a budget because Rome is so expensive to eat and drink, but much more affordable on the outskirts. The place sits right above a pizzeria and a cafe, atm directly at the bottom of the street and 3 bus stops directly out of your door. One of which, the 916 will take you to walking distance of almost all the sights from north to south and is very fast, about 20 mins to the colosseum. The landlord was also kind enough to print us about a 20 page pamphlet full of great info about transit,groceries, etc, was very helpful. They also have a nice tv in the room, all Italian channels though except for 39, which you can change the language option to ingles, helpful hint:) overall I give it a 10 even with the small shower because of how nice it was compared to everything else, and the customer service is awesome.

TRES BIEN
Studio agréable à 15 mn à pieds de la place Saint Pierre. Arrêt de bus à 100m très pratique vous les visites. Studio pour 3 personnes avec terrasse très lumineux. Très pratique et d'un bon rapport qualité prix pour Rome.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
We stayed with Michela in October 2014 and left a review on another website, but feel compelled to leave a review here as well - we loved it so much. I traveled with my parents who were celebrating their 50th anniversary and we had the good fortune to stay at this apartment while in Rome. Before our trip, we pre-arranged with Michela a transfer from Fiumicino airport to the apartment - Daniela was our driver and we were immediately comfortable with her. She took us back to the airport at the end of our trip as well and it was worth every penny! Michela, who speaks very good english, met us at the apartment upon our arrival. She is very organized in providing local information and assistance with bus and metro schedules. During our stay, we had several questions and also needed help with arranging a taxi, and Michela provided immediate answers and assistance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright, and had everything we needed for preparing meals, including a microwave. There is also a washing machine. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt right at home during our stay. The highlight, however, was the rooftop patio – what a treat to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Even though our days were packed immersing ourselves in the culture of the city, we looked forward to grabbing dinner and dessert at the rosticceria and pasticceria a few meters away on the corner, taking it all back up to our lovely apartment and eating out on the patio. We found the service there very friendly, with a good variety of daily-cooked meats, pastas and pizza dishes very fresh and of excellent quality. The bus stop is also so convenient right there on the corner. The buses "should" come by every 20 minutes, but this could vary -- please be patient - the bus will come! For this reason, we found it to be very beneficial to allow extra time when we traveled by bus to a scheduled event - this alleviated much stress, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience. Michela suggested the pleasant hike to the top of the hill for the wonderful view of Rome and the Vatican – we weren’t disappointed! We had reservations and planned to return to Rome this month, but had to postpone until February due to a death in the family. We really appreciate that Michela was so flexible and accommodating regarding our situation. We enjoyed our first stay so much, as well as Michela's warm hospitality that we have already made reservations to stay at this same apartment again in February. We just can't say enough about our prior stay at St. Peter’s Studios, and our gratitude to Michela. Ciao, Michela! Ci auguriamo di rivederti nel febbraio!

appartement idéal pour visiter Rome
Nous avons commencé notre voyage d’un mois en Italie par la visite de Rome. Cet appartement était donc le premier que nous occupions et cela partait vraiment du bon pied. L’appartement est amplement grand pour 2 personnes et la grande terrasse est vraiment très, très agréable. Nous y passions d’agréables moments après nos journées de visite. C’était bon de s’y détendre! L’appartement est bien décoré, très propre et contient tout le nécessaire pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement (climatisation, internet, eau chaude, etc).Sa situation géographique est très bien, nous étions à 20 minutes à pied de la Place St-Pierre. Des arrêts d’autobus sont également tout près de l’appartement. C’est un quartier très tranquille et sécuritaire. Les petits restos et les 2 épiceries près de notre immeuble nous permettaient de bien s’alimenter sans perdre trop de temps. De plus, Michela, la personne qui nous accueillait au logement, était déjà présente à notre arrivée. Elle est d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande disponibilité. Elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous donner un tas d’information pour faciliter notre séjour à Rome. Merci beaucoup Michela! C’est un logement que nous conseillons sans problèmes et que nous reprendrions pour un autre séjour à Rome.

L'accueil de Michaela est super. Elle est attentive à donner beaucoup de renseignements pratiques pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le logement est calme, très propre, bien équipé, tout fonctionne. La terrasse est super. C'est vraiment un lieu de séjour idéal car bien situé.

Incredibly confortable
We visited Rome for a weekend away and we absolutley loved the apartment. Its quite central, near the Vatican and near bus stop. Its surrounded by lovely places to eat. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, the attention to detail including great bed linens is spot on. I would recommend this apartment to anybody wanting a hassle free and thoroughly Roman stay.

Michela was an excellent host, we couldn't ask for more, We enjoyed each moment a st Peter Studio, it was a refreshing experience.
We are already planning our next trip.

Tuvimos el placer de estar una semanz en este apartamento. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de varias líneas de autobuses, muy limpio y confortable. Michela nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria acerca de las líneas de buses y metro, acerca de supermercados y restaurantes en la zona, y toda la información necesaria. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Solicitamos si podían ir a buscarnos en el aeropuerto, y también nos brindaron este servicio. GRACIAS!! Seguramente volvería a este apartamento si vuelvo a Roma. Nelly y Alba

La formule qui nous convenait !
Nous avons apprécié ce studio vaste et calme, au 5è et dernier étage d'un immeuble situé à 100 m d'un boulevard avec arrêt de bus très proche, et avons apprécié de nous reposer ou prendre quelques repas sur la grande terrasse, un privilège en pleine ville. Les contacts avec Michela Busi, la propriétaire, ont été cordiaux et sympathiques. Elle nous attendait à l'appartement, très propre et bien équipé, et nous a fourni toutes informations utiles sur l'appartement et sur les modes de transport en commun pour l'atteindre ou pour rejoindre l'un ou l'autre quartier au départ de notre logement. La bouteille d'eau fraîche au frigo nous a également fait plaisir. Nous nous félicitons d'avoir pris cette formule pour notre semaine de visite et de repos à Roma. La communication avec la propriétaire s'est faite en anglais. Important à signaler.

Accueil charmant et très efficace. Appartement bien situé, à quelques pas d'un arrêt de bus. Quartier agréable et assez calme.
