My husband and I had to cancel our trip shortly before our stay began which would have not provided for a refund. However, Lucia was kind enough to provide refund anyway. Not many hosts would be so accommodating.

Ottima esperienza in un luogo molto comodo per il turismo
Elenco qui i punti di eccellenza:
1) Appartamento in ottimo stato dotato di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno, nel nostro caso, di piu' di una settimana (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, ecc.)
2) Spazio piu' che sufficiente per una coppia con armadi grandi e spazio per i bagagli
3) Bagno moderno e pulitissimo
4) Posizione ottima - abbiamo raggiunto molti punti di interesse a piedi
5) Molti bar e ristoranti in zona (Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, ecc.)
6) Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile
Ci ritorneremo per la nostra prossima visita a Roma

Couldn't have been better
Me and my spouse stayed in this apartment end of August 2020 for one week. For me it is the fourth time to use an apartment when visiting Rome and this one is by far the best. First the location is perfect. You're right in the middle and can reach all attractions by just some minutes of walking. The neighborhood itself is great, alive but not too loud. There are a great bakery, a supermarket and the market on the wonderful Campo del Fiori just in 100 meter walking distance.
The apartment itself is not only beautiful, clean and spacious it is fully equipped with all appliances that make life easier. These are listed in the description but there are also all the things you would not necessarily expect, like a complete set of kitchen tools, hair dryer, iron, nice tableware, a rack to dry clothes and so on.
It felt like we could have stayed there for one year without missing any household item, just enjoying life in Rome.
Lucia, the host is really professional and took care of all this details. She organized our transfer from and to the airport, answered very fast in the few cases we had questions and was helpful in every way . It is a real pleasure to have her as a host.
We can recommend this accommodation 100%.

Many times in Rome, we finally found the best place to stay
We have visited Rome many, many times and mostly rented flats. But Campo de Fiori Beatrice is the loveliest and best located of all! Lucia is the most
wonderful host. She is kind and elegant. We look forward to returning next year and every year.
It is so lovely, you might be tempted to just sit and read and sip wine in her apartment. But even within a few hundred meters is our favorite coffee bar (7gr), Rome’s famous bakery Roscioli, the amazing Campo di Fiori to buy flowers or just a tasty apple, wonderful restaurants like Grappolo d Oro, and our number one pizzeria Montebello. But after long walks, great meals and shopping, you will be grateful to return to Lucia’s lovely place!

Awesome Flat, Location, and Owner!
Thank you, Wonderful Lucia, for your hospitality and a perfect stay! The flat was adorable, with all of the mod-cons that we were hoping for! Perfect for two. I slept like a log, which was amazing while on holiday!
Lucia kept in touch during the entire process (booking through check-out) and went out of her way to make certain that we were happy.
Steps from the market, our little enclave was in its own tiny neighborhood area. Always activity outside, but shut the windows and all noise is but eradicated. We actually liked the hubbub. I HIGHLY recommend this property 100%!

Great location! Perfect for us!
This was the perfect apartment for my husband & I. Very clean & easy to walk or catch transportation to everything. Lucia was amazing & greeted us & answered all of our questions & left us wonderful breakfast snacks & drinks. I will definitely return my next trip to Rome.

An true gem in the most amazing location!
My husband and I spent the most wonderful 3 days in this beautiful little apartment, right in the heart of Rome! The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to make our stay just perfect! Not to mention Lucia, our host, who was just so helpful, generous and friendly. We will DEFINITELY be returning!!!

Immaculate gem in Rome historic center.
Everything about this wonderfully situated apartment starts with host Lucia.
Lucia is a wonderful warm person. She is very generous and very helpful with navigating Rome. Lucia is very welcoming. Lucia keeps this property beautifully. It is beautifully clean and well appointed. It is outfitted with a small but complete kitchen, a fine bathroom, king-size bed, dish washer, washing machine, and an excellent air-conditioner.
The location is superb. The Roscioli Forno, Restaurant, and Coffee Bar are steps from the front door. Campo dei Fiori is a 1 minute walk; Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, Piazza Colonna, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi are all quite close by foot. The Ghetto and Trastevere are minutes away.
Largo Argentina/Piazza Venezia (5 minutes by foot) are major transportation hubs.
This location really works well.
I really don't think you can find a better situation then this. You can't go wrong.

Central Quiet Retreat in the Heart of Campo Fiori
Our host Lucia is charming, attentive and responsive. The one bedroom apartment is compact but has everything including a comfortable King sized bed. We appreciated the thorough introduction to the TV, wifi, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, heating AC...as well as the welcome basket and fresh pizza! The location allowed us to walk to all of the attractions in central Rome and we were surrounded by interesting restaurants, bars, sites and shopping. Lucia kindly arranged our transportation to the airport with a private car service.

Immaculate apartment and gracious owner
We have just returned from our 6th consecutive year staying in this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major historic sites in Rome. Everything thing you might need is convenient, groceries, shops, coffee, transportation, etc. Best of all is the owner of the unit, Lucia. She is a most gracious host and always ready to help in any way.
She has become a true friend. The apartment is immaculately clean and really has not changed one bit over the past 6 years.
We would highly recommend the apartment.
