Just returned from a long weekend at this apartment... absolutely perfect location with all the main tourist sites within easy reach, set in the charming backstreets of the Novana Piazza, the setting of a stunning fountain and lots of delicious restaurants and welcoming bars right on your doorstep.
A suburb host, Olivia greeted us on arrival and provided a map and lots of advice on places to go and where to eat. And she continued to provide advice throughout our trip to ensure we had the best experience!
2 neighbouring apartments accesed via a shared hallway would make this a great stay for groups of family and friends wanting to stay together, but with separate rooms. Each were equipped with a kitchenette, with all your basics covered with supermarkets around the corner if you choose to grab some refreshments for your room too.
Highly recommended!! Simply the best weekend!

Great location but studio too simple for my preference
On a small side street a few blocks from both Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona so lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops catering to tourists nearby. There is even a bicycle rental. The church is across the street - the very best of neighbors. When we arrived we did not know which call button to press but luckily pressing them all called down a friend of the host who checked us in and gave us the keys.
Unfortunately, the studio itself was not very comfortable. A good place to store your bags and take a shower after being out all day but not a place to relax. There was a big ottoman for your feet but no matching chair(s) leaving no place to sit except for on the fold-out couch bed or the wobbly dining chairs. We like staying in an apartment so we can cook in a few nights but there was no salt, pepper, coffee or olive oil. And no knife for mincing garlic! The dishes and pans were not clean and required washing before using.
On the plus side, it did have good hot water and was pretty quiet. We never heard from the host during our stay.

Small, but lovely and perfectly situated
As per the title this is a small apartment, which is clear from the accurate description, but we'll kept, clean, fashionable and in a perfect location for exploring Rome on foot.
Situated in the old city you are mid point between the Vatican and the Colleseum. Both are within a brisk stroll. A negative point is that you are some way away from metro stations so they are not that practical to use. That being said the narrow, old city, back streets offer some of the best and most reasonably priced places to eat that we found. The apartment is off a main road and on a small back street but there is no road noise at all in the rooms. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is small, but serviceable. The bathroom has a spacious shower.
Overall a great place for a base for a few days exploring Rome on foot.

Cerca de todo y bien ubicado hemos pasado tres noches en esta habitación que dispone de todo lo necesario para dos personas. Olivia no pudo recibirnos pero lo hizo Breysi y nos explicó todo perfectamente y sin problemas. A destacar el cuarto de baño cómodo y limpio

Comfortable, well-situated
Comfortable, well-situated apt. in the heart of the historic centre of Rome. Features two bedrooms, air con and a well-equipped kitchen. Olivia is a very helpful host arranging a driver at the airport and an excellent private guide for the Vatican, as well as recommending restaurants, gelaterias and much more.

Quaint
This place is not for everyone. I found it to be quaint and comfortable. It is within walking distance of most tourists spots. I liked that right behind it there were shops and restaurants, and in front a pharmacy and market. There are stairs so it is not accessible to everyone. It was easy to reach the owner if you had questions. I would stay there again

Location, Location, Location.....and of course and excellent host!!
First and foremost is the location, which was absolutely spot on for all the major attractions, in the two weeks we stayed we used the bus only twice as for a reasonably fit person everything is within walking distance. The apartment provided all the facilities we needed as we were out all day and only needed a place to rest at night and make a light meal. Olivia was great and made sure we were settled before leaving us to our holiday, she was very helpful through all the booking process and arranged the transport directly from the airport (we were met at the arrivals gate) to the apartment and again for our departure making the start of the holiday stress free. Highly recommended. And the complimentary bottle of wine was most welcome....
The natural light in the apartment does drop somewhat in the afternoon as the sun moves around but as I said we were rarely in during the day.
One thing I would mention is that the apartment is on the third floor and whilst there is a lift it is a private one and you are asked not to use it, arriving and leaving with suitcases, well we used it......
Tip for the Colosseum, buy your tickets the day before at the Palatine Hill ticket office (not the one opposite the Colosseum) the one further down the road (Via di San Gregorio entrance) Tuesday 12:30 we had four people in front, used the ticket on the next day for the Colosseum, use the middle lane, 23 people in front at 2:15pm, took 15 mins to get in) Bonus - we also saved 4 euro on not paying having to pay any online booking fee. If you have the time check for yourself!!
All in all a brilliantly located apartment, brilliant host and brilliant holiday all round .... Highly recommended

Perfect location and excellently organised and pleasant host
Very centrally located, 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and 10 from the Pantheon.
The Vatican is not far either and the apartment is on the way from it to the central locations.
Plenty to do and see in this area and easy to get everywhere. We are relatively fit and walked everywhere. Never even bothered with public transport and only just took a taxi once and did not think it was worth the effort.
There are a couple of mini-supermarkets which is good to get some extras you may need like some fruit for instance. We ate out all the time but there is a fridge and stove to cook in the apartment if you need it.
There is ironing board and hairdryer as well as a couple of umbrellas. So that is very good and don't bother taking your own as Alitalia only allows 8kg hand luggage.
so we had a very good time and had no problems staying at Olivia's place and would highly recommend it to family and friends when they go to Rome.
