This place is more private than a hotel. Offers the same comfort of a hotel. Free wifi,towels and a welcome drink. The location was great. A few steps from spanish steps and near the fsmous shopping street Condotti. Recommend to everyone, especially couples

Great Location
We stayed 3 nights and we have no major issues. The flat is well positioned, clean and the bed was comfy.
We were met on site by Michela and everything was explained thoroughly.We even arranged a pick up to take us to the airport.
The only negative is that the shower needs a new head because it was very hard getting a soak.

Wonderful spot
A wonderfully appointed apartment and very well equipped. Next to great shopping and within a 20 minute walk to most spots in Rome. Short cab ride to train station. The apartment is quiet but open the door to the building the world is alive at your doorstep.
They have a great property manager who stocks the apartment well and is readily available should you have a problem or question.
The apartment sleeps 2 so great for a single or couple, but not much more.

Honeymoon in Rome
Wonderful apartment within walking distance of all the major attractions right in the heart of Rome. Loved every minute of our stay. Nice to be able to have more control over your stay in Rome rather than staying in a stuffy hotel. Rome can be expensive to eat out all the time so the ability to occasionly buy and cook your own meals makes your stay more enjoyable. We felt like locals staying in this apartment and found we were able to plan our trips much better in this comfortable environment. If you plan to goto the Borghese gallery book before you leave and don't forget to visit the Shakespeare globe replica a short walk left at the top of the Spanish steps 2 minutes away. Beautiful apartment in Rome? No regrets staying here and would love to revisit one day.

This charming apartment, located a few minutes away from the Spanish Steps, is the perfect place to call home when in Rome. It’s beautifully furnished and has everything you need to enjoy a much more personal experience than a hotel.Michela and her colleague, Fabio, were responsive and helpful in every way. They scheduled car service, recommended nearby restaurants and local events to consider. We wished we could have moved right in! We loved our stay and were sad to leave after a glorious week. We will be back and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family.
An absolute cozy gem of a place.

Fantastic place to stay!
The apartment looked exactly like the picture! It was clean and very comfortable! The young woman who greeted us was very accommodating. We were very late and had no way to reach her due to train and phone problems on our end. I can't say enough about how helpful she was in explaining things we needed to know about our stay in Rome!

Great location-Comfortable bed!!!
We feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here. The hosts are very gracious and care much about the quality of the experience. Very safe and in an excellent location near the Spanish Steps. They have Uber in Rome and great taxis too. The bed was so comfortable, great A/C, and tall ceilings. The bathroom is small, but doable. We loved this place!!!

It was a very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped apartment.
The location was excellent! We were able to walk to so many places of importance around the city. The apartment was completely furnished with everything we needed. The air conditioning was the best we have had so far in Italy.
Because we usually cook in sometimes, the kitchen had everything we required. The bathroom is somewhat on the small side but manageable.
The apartment was very quiet, even though it is on a busy street with restaurants and foot traffic. We slept well!

Near Spanish steps
This apartment was really great and we had a good time staying in this place.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Fast internet connection.
Friendly neighborhood.
Near to many tourist spots in Rome.
Lots of shops and different types of restaurants.
Very accomodating manager, she arranged the taxi for us, gave us tips and suggestion about places to visit.
We highly recommend this to everyone.

Outstanding Location
This clean and compact apartment is perfect for two people and is ideally situated one block from the Spanish Steps. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Great facilities are included and we would highly recommend this accommodation.
