I stayed for one week here for work reasons, and this place had been recomended to me by my colleague in Potenza. I needed two separate apartments, but the booking page only allowed me to book one. So I was worried that this was not the correct choice, but indeed it was! We contacted the owner on Whatsapp, and we were able to actually book two apartments, instead of only one as the webpage said, so be confident to ask the owner about availability. I had to pay the extra apartment on arrival and in cash, so be prepared if you do something similiar. Anyway, the owner was very kind, there was a problem with internet connection which he solved the same day, apartments are comfortable, clean, well maintained, with a little kitchen in case we wanted to cook. I didn't, but we could make coffee and keep things in the refrigerator. For breakfast, you're given tickets that you can use at the cafeteria besides the Potenza Central Station, literally across the street. The ticket is valid for a very simple breakfast (a cup of coffee and some sweet stuff), but it was just fine for me. Really convenient location, a few meters from the Station, Potenza is not large so you can reach the most touristic attractions walking (there's a very convenient system of scalators available, one entrance is a few meters from these apartments).
