We had an excellent experience staying here for a month — a comfortable space, well located near restaurants, the city center, and various attractions. Vincente did a great job from start to finish, meeting us at the room upon our arrival (even though our flight was relatively late), advising us about where to go and what to do, and going the extra mile to make sure our visit to his city was successful. Outstanding!

Comfortable well equipped apartment for two people. Wellll located on the edge of the old town so you can walk everywhere. Supermarkets nearby. Very quiet area.Owner was very helpful. Valencia is a very nice city.

It's a very nice stay. The apartment is ample size for two of us, tastefully decorated with cozy atmosphere. The location is good with an authentic atmosphere of the Spanish life. Super market and regular market are in easy reach. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around. River Turia park is in walking distance. Vincente, the host, is the best we know in our vacation rental experience. He is extremely responsive to our needs. He also gave us lots of tips regarding activities. He was extremely thoughtful. When we arrived, he was waiting for us, and showing us the place and the know-how. There were food and drinks in the refrigerator for us. When we left, he got taxi for us, and also followed up with us about when the taxi was on the way. We enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it to anyone who do not have mobility issues.

My mom and I spent 7 nights in Vicente’s apartment. We had a great stay! The apartment is in the old town, close to the bus station and a grocery store. It is clean and with everything one needs for a short or longer stay. Vicente took the time to explain where the attractions are and he was great when getting and leaving the apartment’s keys. I plan to return to Vicente’s place next year!

Lots of buzz and local colour to take in and enjoy our pleasures in food and places. We were never bored and indeed think we should return! Vicente was excellent - always on hand with help from our arrival to our leaving. (And we did need help from time to time!) His qualities included lots of personal touches; we felt very much at home.

My husband and I stayed in Vincente's flat for four days. The location is perfect, in the old city yet on a quiet street. We are light sleepers, but weren't disturbed by any noise. The flat is comfortable and well stocked. The wifi is fast and reliable. As other reviewers have noted, Vicente is an extraordinarily responsive host. The flat is also near the Truria Gardens, which quickly became one of the highlights of our visit. This was our first trip to Valencia. I'm sure we will return, and will definitely stay at Vicente's apartment.

The unit is cosy and comfortable. It is well located. Close to many cafes, restaurants and the central market in Valencia. Public transport is close by. It has all the amenities you could wish for and we were provided with thoughtful provisions in the pantry. Vicente was a charming host who provided many suggestions to explore Valencia’s attractions. Nothing was too much trouble. There is so such to see and enjoy in this beautiful city. Thank you Vicente.

Die wunderschöne Wohnung in Valencias Altstadtviertel El Carmen bietet alles, was man braucht,wenn man mal selbst kochen will Super eingerichtete Küche! Sie ist in einer ruhigen Straße nahe den schönen Turia-Gärten,die Altstadt kann man gut zu Fuß erkunden und den Strand per 95-er Bus erreichen. Der Wohnungsinhaber Vicente B. ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abend unserer Ankunft brachte er uns Brot und Mineralwasser und gab uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Museen.Eine tolle Woche im "Lovely Nest".Thanks Vicente! Sehr hilfreich sind auch seine exellenten Englischkenntnisse!!

This apartment is perfect in every way for two people wanting to stay in the old town, with shops, cafes and restuarants within easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the Turia river park, which was very close. Vicente was most helpful, giving us guidance on where to visit, making sure we were comfortable, and even booking a taxi for us on our departure.

An extremely comfortable and well appointed apartment in a great location. Vincente was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything (and more) than you could ever need including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with coffee provided and fridge/freezer containing wine, beer and soft drinks. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment was very well placed for visiting all the places of interest in the Old Town and for bus routes to those beyond with a travel card that Vincente provided. He also provided guide books and maps but also spoke about the city in a way that helped us to make the most of our short stay. Nothing was too much trouble to him from the helpful advice in emails when we first booked the apartment right up to our departure. Vincente has been the most generous and outstanding host we have met over many years of travelling. Thank you Vincente.
