Great apartment in a fabulous location ......
This is a comfrotable, well equipped apartment in the bustling Russafa district - everything you want within easy reach and a short walk to the centre of town and the train station and metro. Russafa market is great - beautiful produce beautifully displayed ! And the restaurants and tapas bars in the streets below are excellent. Paco was a great host explaining everything on our arrival - we had a great stay and would definitely return !

Highly recommended apartment
An excellent apartment that is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a short to long term stay. The apartment is located in a trendy residential area and has all the amenities you need. A well-stocked supermarket is practically next door and there are a couple more further down the street. There is an array of restaurants and bars in the area too. The area is safe and friendly and not noisy. You can catch the number 7 bus virtually across the street and this will take you to the old part of Valencia. Another bus about a 3 minute walk from the apartment will take you directly to the beach. The owner is friendly and will take the time to explain how to use the household appliances. He also provided an array of information of how to get the best from Valencia.

Excellent base to explore Valencia
The apartment is perfectly located with a wide range of restaurants close by, it gives easy access to the old town, park and beach. Paco the owner was brilliant, he was so helpful, all of his recommendations were excellent, which helped us make the most of our stay, he even organised our 5.30am taxi for us.

Apartamento muy limpio y zona con todos los servicios necesarios
hemos estado 5 días en valencia, muy bien. el piso limpio y con todos los electrodomésticos perfectos. la comunidad de vecinos muy agradables. se debe de mejorar, el ruido de el aire acondicionado, por la noche se escucha un poco, pero no llega a molestar.

Geweldige locatie. veel eet en drink gelegen in de omgeving. Bushalte direct aan de deur eveneens de supermarkt. Super ruim en comfortabel appartement.

We had a fantastic time in Valencia and the apartment was superb. Paco our host was very helpful throughout. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are some lovely restaurants and bars a short walk from the apartment if you're not wanting to venture far. Be mindful that if you want to park free in the street you will have to patient finding a spot and may have a short walk to the car. We wished we'd booked for longer- but that has given us an excuse to return. Many thanks Steve and Claire

Excellent stay in Valencia.
Excellent stay in Valencia.The apartment is close to the center, the means of transportation are close to the apartment. The beach is at 20 minutes by car. The apartment is air-conditioned, big, clean and has an elevator with supermarket nearby. The only negative point of this apartment is the difficulty finding a parking space in the street. But no hesitation to take this apartment ! Pierre-Louis Mourier

Perfect Apartment - Perfect Location
The apartment is ideally situated in trendy Ruzafa on an intersection of buzzy bars. Everything is within strolling distance (metro, main station, old town, shops, markets, city of arts & sciences etc..). There is a good supermarket next door for all your day to day needs, plus countless bars, cafes and restaurants within the local area. The apartment was clean and as described with modern appliances. The images are a true reflection both inside and out. Pako was very helpful and provided a multi-lingual pack containing useful information. We have stayed in Valencia before (in the old town) but would look to book this apartment again when returning. Once again thank you Pako for welcoming us to your apartment, we shall return!

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung, super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles bestens. Valencia ist noch nicht ganz so überlaufen wie andere Städte, daher dicke Empfehlung.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the apartment for three months from mid-January 2016. The flat is perfectly situated to enjoy all the buzz of the trendy Russafa district with a huge number of bars and restaurants to choose from close by. There are seven bars or restaurants on the same crossroads as the apartment! Calle de Sueca, where the flat is situated, is one of the prime spots for celebrating "Las Fallas" festival. In fact, that section of the street was encased in a great tunnel of illuminations which flashed amazing patterns of light to throbbing music several times a night during the festivities. There's no chance of going to bed early! The owner Paco was very welcoming and responded swiftly to any problems we had.
