Dit appartement is echt super. Het is echt ruim en vooral, het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi!!! Zwembad is ook een pluspunt, heerlijk verkoelend na een dagje sightseeing. Vlak voor het gebouw stopt de bus. Zowel naar de stad als naar het strand vlotte verbinding dus. Stad van de wetenschap gewoon te voet bereikbaar. Supermarkt op 5 min wandelen.

Fantastic view
Just back from a wonderful week in Valencia,staying at the Green Opera apartment on Avenida da Francia.We really enjoyed everything about the trip,Valencia is a great city with loads to do and see and has a marvellous beach as well all within easy reach using the bus or the very cheap taxi service.The apartment was excellent ,very clean,unbelievable views of the opera house and Turia in a very safe and modern building.The Apart up staff were very nice and helpful,no problems with the hand over of keys when arriving or leaving and the office is just around the corner too.I would definitely recommend staying here and exploring this great city

Great Apartment!
The apartment is perfectly located if you want to be near the beach and the city! It has everything you need and the furnishing is super modern and nice. The communication with ApartUp was perfect.
There are many neighbors around who don’t want to be disturbed by noise etc so it is better for families than a group of friends.

Perfect apartment for our Valencia vacation
My family really enjoyed our apartment in Valencia. Is was centrally located and within walking distance to many sites, shops, restaurants, etc. The complex was safe and secure with a friendly security staff. The apartment as large, clean and had a great view. ApartUP staff was warm and friendly and very flexible to accommodate our travel schedule. Parking for our rental car was also a plus. We would definitely visit this or another ApartUP location in the future.

Beautiful location with a stunning view
The apartment is very good located, very close to the "ciutad de las arts y las ciencias". The host, Alberto, is very nice and helpful. From the apartment there is a bit of noise coming from the traffic down in the road, but in the evening and in the night is quite calm. I had a great time here and when I will be back I will contact for sure the same host. Thanks Alberto for everything!!! Nicola

Can’t recommend this apartment enough!! Everything you need. Convenient to everything, fantastic view from all windows and terrace, beautifully and simply appointed. A great experience! Nacho will take care of you!!
