Buen Piso
El Piso está bastante completo, muy bien ubicado, es importante mejorar la limpieza, habia un poco de polvo en los estantes y el baño requiere una mejor limpieza.

Very clean, great location, highly professional
Very clean, quite and well equipped apartment. Location is much better than in center because it is located in area with a lots of restaurants and shops but it is not so tourist crowded as in center and yet you are in 15 minutes of light walk at Gran Via. Very clean, safe and aesthetic neighbourhood. For long stays there is weekly cleaning service. Communication with management was very professional, fast and easy. Comfortable bed. All small necessities in kitchen and bathroom are there for first hand (except pads for coffee maker- imposible to find in any local shop). Great value for money.

Superbe voyage à Madrid
Super emplacement, en plein centre de madrid entre la partie historique de la ville et la partie moderne. le Métro est très proche et un parking aussi. je ne peu que recommander cette location.

Great central location
The king size bed and bed pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Laundry upstairs. The apartment was in a great location and easily walkable to all the places you need to go and close to metro and taxi stand.
Negatives: the couch and couch pillows had some disgusting stains. The lock on the door was difficult to manage-even the property manager called me and accused me of not checking out, they couldn’t get in. I left both keys on the table as required at 8am, (c/o was 10am) and got a call on the airplane they couldn’t get in.

Great location and very convenient
Very centrally located, 2 minutes by foot to two subway stations. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern and convenient and includes all the usual amenities.
My only criticism is that the noise from the street is a bit loud sometimes in the evening (there were restaurants with outside tables just below the apartment I was renting). Also, although the kitchen is well-furnished in general, it would be nice to have basic utensils such a fork, a spoon, and a table knife.

Loved our apartment
A super location, easy to get everywhere . We had a cosy outside facing apt. With lots of light, big double doors balconies. Everything we needed inside our apt, quality appliances. Would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing stay.

GREAT LOCATION
This apartment has a great location right by Fuencarral. It is also a very quaint building and quite clean. Size of the flat is perfect. Value for money
