Good location for 2 metro stations and very near to Sagrada Familia. Clean and well furnished apartment with air conditioning and close to a supermarket and restaurants. Host is very helpful.

Appartamento a Barcellona
Ottimo appartamento... posizione ideale per muoversi facilmente con i mezzi pubblici a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia con tutti i servizi a portata di mano.... Pulito e confortevole anche con bambini. Massima disponibilità della proprietaria x i problemi di volo che abbiamo avuto. Consigliatissimo a tutti...noi ci torneremo!!

Perfecto
El piso está muy bien ubicado cerca de la Sagrada familia, hay un supermercado muy cercano, parques y farmacias cerca. Isabel fue muy buena anfitriona.
El piso estaba limpio y equipado con lo puedas necesitar. Es muy luminoso y los ratos que estuvimos allí disfrutamos de la estadía. Hay una habitación infantil muy bien preparada, tiene cuentos, pinturas, muñecos y varios juegos. También hay varios juegos de mesa.
La verdad es que ha sido una buena experiencia y si volvemos a necesitar alojamiento en Barcelona, desde luego está será nuestra primera opción si está disponible, claro.

Well equipped flat in convenient location with a very helpful owner!
Pleasant and well-equipped flat overlooking a quiet street in a residential area, conveniently located between Sagrada Familia and the Verdaguer metro station. The flat is particularly well-suited to families with small children, as there is a small room adjacent to the sitting room fitted out with toys, and numerous small playgrounds within easy walking distance. A clean and fully-stocked supermarket just downstairs, and a well-equipped small kitchen, makes it easy to self-cater here, although there are also a range of cafes and restaurants close by.
Air conditioning is fitted in the sitting / dining room and in the main bedroom, and with the help of fans in the two other bedrooms, the flat kept cool and inviting even in August. The main bedroom and single bedroom overlook the street and are thus very light, with balconies. The twin bedroom faces onto the interior light well and thus is rather darker. All furniture is modern and well-presented, with plenty of storage space.
A real highlight of the flat is the owner, Joana, who welcomed us at the flat and filled us in with all sorts of useful information and advice. She has also created a carefully-collated set of print-outs about key tourist sites in different languages, and provided metro and town maps and a guidebook.
Recommended to those who like to escape a little from the hurly-burly of the tourist areas of Barcelona, while still being very close to one of the key sights and having great Metro access to e.g. the beach.

Typical Spanish neighborhood but very close to the tourist trail
Three balconies was the selling point for us, so that everyone could have some outdoor space. The apartment was so roomy, and there were two rooms that we didn't even use. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Joana was very accommodating with our arrival time, and very professional with her contracts and extensive tourist information.The apartment is in a block with real Barcelona residents, so this was a real taste of local life. Shops, cafes, metro and buses all very close.

Super Ferienwohnung! Kinderfreundlich!
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Waren dort mit 5 Personen.
3 Schlafzi und extra Kinderzi mit Spielsachen. Reisebett mit Matratze und Hochstuhl vorhanden!
Super Ausstattung! Lebensmittelgeschäft um die Ecke und Sagrada Familia höchstens 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Spielplätze... gute Bus und Metroverbindungen.
Joana und Isabel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.
Es war sehr schön und wenn wir wieder mal nach Barcelona gehen, würden wir erneut diese Wohnung buchen.

Buena ubicación, Luminoso, Amplio, bien equipado, supermercados cerca, metro a 2 cuadras, a pasos de la Sagrada Familia, Joana muy atenta, nos facilito ingresar antes para que no tengamos que esperar. Nos dio recomendaciones de como movernos en la ciudad y sitios interesantes para conocer .

Excellent, perfect location and really well kitted out.
Joana was a pleasure to deal with. She let us in early to suit our arrival at the airport, and showed us around including her folders with all buses, metros etc to the most important places to visit. The apartment was very clean and had tea, coffee, orange juice already there. There was a supermarket just around the corner, and plenty of cafes, bars, etc in the vicinity.
3 blocks away from the metro and Sagrada Familia, and plenty of play parks for the children. Nice area just off the tourist high street.
Highly recommended.

couldent have been more thaughtful and helpful
with an early morning flight into Barcelona Isabel and Joana allowed us to check in early
which ment we did not have to carry our luggage around for the day until check in time of 16.00 o clock. they also gave us great directions for getting to the apartment. the apartment is very comfortable and central to the city centre and the metro. Also on the day we were due to fly home which was a late evening flight they allowed us to say on until 19.00 o clock instead of the check out time of 12.0 clock. With such kind host's like Isabel and Joana, we would have no problem recommending anyone to stay. Thank you so much Isabel and Joana you made our stay so much more delightful. Anne, Louie and Ogie.

Nice apartment, spacious and well-equipped, conveniently located
I stayed here between 7th and 10th May 2016 with my wife, daughter and son. The apartment is very conveniently located with Sagrada Familar being less than 10 minutes walk (where there is a Metro station as well).
The apartment is spacious (3 rooms) and has a small but well equipped kitchen that has a washing machine as well as dishwasher. Has a high speed Wi-Fi - very useful these days.
Joanna is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She was kind enough to book a cab for us on the day we left Barcelona early morning.
We had a good stay here and will recommend this to all travelers to Barcelona.
