Garcia is a lovely area for great food and cafes bars etc. close to Cassac Battlo and Sagrada Familia. The flat was comfortable although small steep stairway to carry bags. Pack light and you’ll be ok. Owner lives in the same building and was easy to contact and promptly answered questions. I would stay there again.

We stayed as a family with our 6yo and 10yo children for a week at half term. We thought that this flat was a good option for travelling on a limited budget. It was well appointed with fridge freezer, hob and oven,cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, curling iron, blow dryer, adequate linen and portable heaters etc. There were supermarkets, small grocery shops, decent restaurants, bus stops and the metro within a 10 minute walk. It was not in an area overrun by tourists and was fairly quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs to the flat which would be an issue for those with mobility problems. All in all we enjoyed a comfortable stay in a flat which was perfectly fine for our needs. Thanks Roberto!

We were specifically looking for a comfortable place to hang our hats for 6 nights in Gracia - a quieter community that is very accessible to the sights via the metro. We were able to walk to Parc Guell. We appreciated the extra space, use of the washing machine, and well-stocked kitchen. The washing machine was a big plus for us, as we were travelling very light (carry-on only) for a 3 week trip. If you are looking for comfortable and clean versus fancy/luxurious, then this is a great option for you. Roberto was easy to work with, and responds to emails promptly. We would stay here again.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable. Immeuble calme, propriétaire sympathique, accueillant et confiant. Rapport qualité prix très correct.

estuvimos hace ya un año en barcelona en este apartamento en pleno barrio de gracia durante las mismas fiestas de gracia pero a su vez es una calle muy tranquila cerca de las fiestas pero en la que pudimos descansar perfectamente. Fuimos con 3 niños y el apartamento estaba totalmente equipado para todos. Los propietarios en todo momento fueron muy amables y nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades e informacion.Sin duda si volvemos a Barcelona repetiremos.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment as a base for our tours in Barcelona. Roberto, the owner, was kind and helpful. The flat was clean and well equipped with all what we needed. The only down side we found was the stairs leading to the apartment which are very narrow and not easy to climb/descend. You also need to actually climb 3 floors although the apartment is on the second floor. Beside that - It's a very good deal if you are not looking for fancy, modern style apartment but for an authentic apartment in a very good location.

Ubicazione Perfetta, (alle spalle della Sagrata Familia). Collegata perfettamente alla Metro (500 Mt Joanic). Roberto è Persona onestissima e puntualissima. In cinque minuti ci ha portato le chiavi e ci ha dato tutti i consigli disponibili per visitare Barcellona e in più ci ha da tutto il necessario per poter stare a nostro agio. L'appartamento è ideale per 4 persone. Noi eravamo 2 coppie di amici. Un po meno adatto per gli anziani che devono fare un po di scale, ma per noi giovani, fa sempre bene dello sport...Grazie ancora Roberto.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in der Innenstadt von Barcelona. Metro und schöne Viertel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war stets sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Emails wurden alle noch am gleichen Tag beantwortet! Das Haus ist recht hellhörig! (Authentisch (;-)) )

Very good information provided by Roberto and Elisenda beforehand. Photos on site give an accurate picture. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. This really is as quiet as described, despite being close to Sagrada Familia (15 minutes walk) and Passeig de Gracia. We took the metro to Passeig de Gracia, this was very easy with the Metro stop nearby and from there we could access the yellow line taking us to Barceloneta, Old town, and Passeig de Gracia. It was lovely to be where people lived, rather than in a very touristy area. On the negative side, the steps up to the flat are a challenge as other reviewers have described, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We found the kitchen was not well equipped, so not great if you intend to cook for yourself. There were plenty of cheap cafés in the area so this was not a huge problem for us.

Casa in una via molto tranquilla del quartiere Gracia.....ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dai rumori e dalla frenesia delle Ramblas. L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare ...e della lavatrice. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono sia la fermata della metro che degli autobus quindi non ci sono problemi per raggiungere i principali punti della città. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono inoltre supermercati, bar, forni e piccoli ristorantini....quindi sia che vogliate mangiare a casa che fuori non ci sono problemi!!! L'appartamento e' al terzo piano e unica nota dolente le scale sono parecchio ripide e strette....quindi se avete passeggini potrebbe essere un problema.... Per il resto tutto OK!!! Ah dimenticavo anche per la consegna delle chiavi non c'è stato nessun problema....Roberto è arrivato in un attimo!
