Ein schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage für ausgiebige Stadterkundungen. Wir hätten hier noch viel länger sein können! Francesco war ein perfekter Gastgeber und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns willkommen zu heißen und die notwendigen Dinge zu erklären. Barçelona ist immer wieder eine Reise wert!

We've had a fantastic time in Francesco's apartment! The location is great, the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and the two rooms are small but very cozy and perfect when you're anyways exploring the city most of the time. Video calls (Zoom&Teams) are no problem because the Wifi works really well and also in terms of Covid measures we felt very safe (e.g. extra sanitizer available). Francesco is a great host, super organized and gives great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. We will definitely come back in the future.

Die große Dachterrasse bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf Barcelona mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia und den Tibidabo. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco verlief hervorragend und er ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super appartement, très joli, très bien situé, très bien équipé, proche de tout, quartier sympa. Terrasse super top avec vues imprenables. Fransesco est très accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Il met un point d’honneur à ce que tout soit parfait.

Are you looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona? This is the right place. A small but pleasant apartment with a terrace, on one side a view of the Sagrada Familia and on the other the sea. Perfect location for sightseeing (Sagrada Familia is about 1 km away) or visiting La Barcoloneta (beach, about 0.8 km). The host Francesco explained us all the necessary information and was always available for any questions, one of the best hosts. I highly recommend staying in his apartment.

Stayed here for a week in June and it was absolutely wonderful. You can’t beat the location or the terrace views. Flat was equipped with everything one would need to relax and enjoy Barcelona. Franz was an amazing host, from check in to check out he was there to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and hope I get to do it again soon!

This apartment was a great location! Within distance to everything! I highly recommend purchasing an hola barcelona pass to travel easily around the city because the metro lines are SO close to the apartment! Would definitely stay here again- the host was nothing but kind and the view from the deck was- everything! Thanks Francesco!

This compact apartment was perfect for us. Centrally located between multiple Metro, Bus, and Tram stops. Close to beach, huge beautiful iconic park, and the Arc de Triomph. Our plan for our trip was to see if we could live like locals and also relax some. This apartment had a fully supplied kitchen and while it was a compact kitchen even had a dishwasher. There is an amazing bakery around the corner. There is another amazing wine store across the street. Many grocery stores within easy walking distance. The host provided apartment guidance, tips and even business recommendations with discounts!! Our favorite part of the apartment was the deck which was very well laid out and even had shade awnings when sun was too bright. We ate dinner out there most nights gazing at the Mountains and Sagrada Familia! There is one flight of stairs from elevator to penthouse apartment but we didn’t have any issues. If you cannot do stairs at all this might be an challenge.
