Great location and easy to get around by metro from here. Nice neighboorhood. We had the 6th floor apartment which had a great shower. The bed mattresses seemed old and not very comfortable. ALot of noise from neighbors up stairs.

The apartment is very very clean. It is also very Close to Sagrada Familia and to the other tourist spots including walking ( if you Like walking) or you can go by metro (metro station is two blocks away). Everything is well organised Even if you have a late check in, Even if you want a late check out. If you want you can cook or serve meals in the apartment, you have everything you need. Around the building you can easily find small markets (24 Hours open) to buy what you need and also a lot of places to eat from bakery to tapas or paella. It is perfect for a city break.

Very clean modern apartment near Sagrada Familia Two blocks from the Metro station Handy small supermarkets and places to eat away from the main areas of Barcelona This apartment was on the 5th floor so not great if you don’t like small lifts although we had no problem with it The rooftop was nice with comfy sofa and loungers The washing machine was up there if you needed to use it Great air conditioning. No internal windows other than the lounge but that seem the standard in Spain. I would recommend this apartment

Great location. 2 blocks to the right and 2 blocks down to the Sagrada Famila Church. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to eat in the area. Maria met us at the apartment, showed us around ,told us where some good restaurants were. She showed us locations on the map. Her suggestion to go to Tibidabo was something we would have overlooked. The views were absolutely amazing and the food was great at The Mirabeau restaurant. It was a very safe area. The WiFi was great. If you're going to use the washer and dryer I would suggest taking some detergent pods and fabric dryer sheets so that you don't have to buy large sizes to do one or 2 loads of wash. I would definitely recommend this department.

Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas / stations de métro des endroits importants de Barcelone.

L'appartement était très agréable, parfaitement équipé et assez spacieux. Il est parfaitement situé, se trouvant à une distance très raisonnable de tous les lieux forts de Barcelone ! Si je devais revenir à Barcelone je le reprendrais sans hésitation !

Nice roofterazza! The apartement three floors under has also a fine view with a large kitchen, bath and to bedroom. We like IT a lot.

Wir hatten eine tolle zeit in diesem sehr zentral gelegnem Appartment. Außerdem war die Besitzerin unkompliziert und sehr nett.

I was immediately impressed by the size, much bigger than expected. Very comfortable for a family or 4(could probably accommodate as many as 6). All amenities were as described and worked very well(appliances, wifi, bathroom shower, etc.). Rooftop patio was an added bonus. The location is removed enough from the noise and hassles of the heart of tourist area but is no more than 5-10 minute walk to most any attractions in the city. Owner was easy to deal and accessible when needed for questions and info. Very enjoyable.

El departamento esta bien ubicado y es bueno pero mi experiencia no fue buena. Mi vuelo se atrasó y cuando escribí para informar me dijeron de inmediato que si llegaba luego de cierta hora me cobrarían extra por el late check in sin importar el motivo de mi demora. Luego de discusiones por Whatsapp me sugirieron que dejaríann la llave y el check in se haría el día siguiente. CUando llegué, el piso había sufrido un intento de robo y la puerta estaba deshecha (esto habla del tema de la seguridad). COnseguí hablar con la persona de contacto que parecía más interesada en el estado de la puerta que en mi situación. FInalmente me ubicaron por una noche en otro apartamento del mismo edificio propiedad de la misma dueña sin decirme si me quedaría allí o no. Al apartamento además le faltan cosas básicas como escoba y elementos de limpieza. Creo que al personal involucrado le vendría bien un curso de relaciones públicas. Y creo que hay mejores opciones que esta en Barcelona
