We first rented this wonderful apartment on the Rambla in Barcelona in 2016. The location was perfect, just about 5 minutes' walk to Raval, Barri Gotic, Placa Catalunya, La Boqueria market, the cathedral, and more. We returned to Barcelona this year and were lucky the property was available when we planned our trip. Walking out the front door, every convenience (metro, grocery store, pharmacy, tapas bars, restaurants, shopping, museums and gorgeous buildings) were there to enjoy. This property is unique in that it is totally quiet because it faces the inside of the block, not the street. There is virtually no street noise, which is a real problem in many places that face the Rambla. Mario again was a wonderful host being both punctual and attentive at every turn. A delightful and cozy place to stay for two peas in a pod like us!

Very well located on La Ramblas, just steps from a supermarket, but very quiet. A great space for 2, with all you will need for a comfortable stay. We spent 5 weeks here and really enjoyed it. Wifi was excellent, bed was comfy, shower hot. We would come back to this apartment anytime.

Estupendo apartamento, silencioso y con mucha luz en pleno centro de Barcelona. Mi uso ha sido por trabajo, pero al estar en plenas Ramblas tienes todo a mano. Volveré.

La ubicación es excelente. En la mejor zona de La Rambla. El apartamento es cálido, tiene vistas despejadas y mucha luz natural. Se descansa estupendamente en su gran cama, y en el silencio de la estancia. El propietario estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. ¡Volveremos!

Easy access, very clean and looks exactly as photos portray. Ideal location above the Carre Four Grocery store and only a few short blocks from the Boqueria. Easy access to metro and public transportation. Would definitely stay here again

This was our second 3 month stay in this amazing apartment. We were there from June- August. The apartment is perfectly located between Plaza Catalunya and La Boqueria, a short 5 minute walk to the metro and right next door to the grocery store. The WiFi is fast and dependable. This wonderful apartment is exactly as Mario describes. Mario is an excellent host, always available to answer questions and a genuinely nice guy. When returning to Barcelona we would definitely stay again. Thanks Mario!

This apartment is right off the rambla but it faces the back of the street so it is absolutely quiet. We had a wonderful 5week stay in this apartment and Mario is always available to answer all your questions. It has an elevator too so it is a lot easier to bring in your luggage. I highly recommend this apartment, it will surely add to your great memories of Barcelona.

The apartment is in a perfect location right between Plaza Catalunya and La Boqueria. Mario is amazing to deal with. He is friendly and very responsive to any questions or needs. The apartment is modern with a very comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. The apartment is exactly as Mario describes. We will be returning to the apartment from June-August.

We rented this apartment from mid-September through mid-October and found it to be in the perfect location and best of all, incredibly quiet and convenient. Mario was kind, funny and extremely prompt and accommodating in answering questions or meeting any requests we had. The apartment was well appointed, clean and simply but appealingly decorated. We were able to cook meals, do laundry and live in this space well when not out enjoying the wonders of Barcelona, of which there are many! The air conditioning, enormous windows, perfect quiet (a miracle if you stay right on the Rambla), and location (walk out the door directly onto the Rambla, steps from metro, sights, and all that is exciting about this beautiful city) made our stay very easy and enjoyable. We will seek out Mario's apartment again on our next visit. Thank you, Mario, for a wonderful place to call home during our month in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

Долго выбирали квартиру в Барселоне и после кучи просмотров нашли то что нам нужно. Сначала конечно сомневались соответствует ли квартира фоткам, но после того как мы заселились все сомнения просто исчезли. Квартира очень хорошая, просторная чистая, уютная, а какая там кровать и что больше всего понравилось так это матрас ( сразу видно что не дешевый и очень хороший ) и что еще понравилось так это то что внизу большой супермаркет Карефор, окна смотрят внутрь двора ( так это плюс, тишина и нет шума с улицы ) Встретили нас очень хорошо сразу все объяснили. Правда если ты любитель долго принимать душ то тут есть одно НО ( чтобы была горячая вода нужно ждать час чтобы водонагреватель успел нагреть воду, хотя по сути вода горячая была всегда и с этим особых проблем не было) . Понравилось абсолютно все. ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ
