Great location close to metro and attractions Melissa was helpful and apartment was clean and spacious
The only challenge we found was the noise from the buses that were directly outside the apartment

Beautiful and comfortable
Gorgeous apartment with excellent location. Beautifully appointed accommodations with many appreciated extras like a washer and dryer, balconies, and a full kitchen. Right around the corner from a metro stop and a few short blocks from sagrada familia. We loved our stay!
Inquire about your apartment number and floor before you arrive as well as which apartment to call from the entry buzzer to gain access. We did not have this info with our booking and had a hard time getting in and then finding our flat. The building is a little confusing at first. But, once we were settled, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Better than could have hoped for.....
A wonderful apartment - excellent location, spacious, light and airy, and very well equipped. We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable.

Nice and roomy
We rented the apartment for two weeks stay. The location is in center of town, convenient to take the metro, bus and walk to many places, just less than 5 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia. There are also lots of shops, restaurants around in the area.
The apartment itself is on the 2/3rd floor, luckily there's a lift though it is rather old and rickety. Apartment is very spacious, especially the bedroom and bathroom. The washer and dryer are big bonuses.
The negative is that it is quite noisy, as it is right by some busy streets. However, we had got used to it and quickly able to block the noise out.
We did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner Melissa, but we met the manager Maria who was very helpful.

Great Location, lots of room
The property was well maintained, clean and bright. The location was perfect, close to the metro and near good restaurants and museums. Melissa was the perfect host; at the apt when we arrived, available for anything needed and very knowledgeable about the area. I can recommend this property highly.

Amazing place
This apt is perfectly situated in the city, walking distance to just about everything. Gorgeous views and the place is just perfect inside. Melissa and her staff are wonderful to work with.

Cosy apartment
This is a beautiful and cosy apartment, only 1.5 minute walking distance from Metro L4 and in great location to explore the city on foot. It had all the amenities and was very clean. Melissa was a great host, always available and her responses were prompt. I combined work and vacations and I am very much pleased with this choice. A slight disadvantage of the apartment is the noise from the road, so those who are not used to living in big cities with traffic may find it a bit noisy. All in all I totally recommend it!

Muy cercano a transporte público. Mercado pequeño abajo para compras. Melissa muy atenta.

Great stay. Updated, clean, big one bedroom apartment.
Location is great. Very close to a big avenue. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Space is great and clean. Very nice kitchen and bathroom.
Communication with the host was great.

Great location and good price to value.
Good size / setup for family stay. Excellent location close to major attractions. Everything was 'as advertised', no issues or complaints
