Perfectly appointed place with plenty of room for 3 people. The apartment has a huge terrace which would be great in the warmer months. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay. Just a great place to stay with no issues at all. The location was convenient with a supermarket downstairs and plenty of places to choose in very close proximity for all kinds of meals, from breakfast through to dinner. We were a short walk from La Rambla and could easily get around Barcelona whether by foot, taxi or metro.

We have just stayed in this lovely, clean apartment and highly recommend it. It is in a really good neighbourhood with loads of nice local cafes and bars, yet near to the big attractions - you can walk to them. The apartment has lots of room, is in very good condition and has everything you need. The owners are super helpful too.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and it couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s in the most central location, lots of nice cafes, shopping and groceries right next to it and you can basically walk everywhere. We really enjoyed the beautiful features of the typical Eixample architecture, the space was stylish and spotless. Really well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and great. The owners are truly friendly and helpful! We very much recommend it and of course would love to go back some day!

The owner, Ricardo, was easy to communicate with via TripAdvisor, flexible with check in/out times, and gave us a tour of the apartment on arrival. Even had some water, beer and snacks stocked on arrival, very thoughtful :) As a family of 5 we really enjoyed this apartment in the middle of the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. Hands down the best area of the city, tree lined streets, small park across the from the apt, grocery store downstairs with everything you could need, great restaurants on the same block, about 15-25 mins walking distance to shopping, Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Família, beach, etc. We didn’t use the metro but there’s plenty of stations nearby and also bike rentals on the street down the block. The apartment building is safe and secured, well taken care of entry way, elevator makes it easy to get luggage up to the 2nd floor. The apartment has a huge patio with outside sofa and dining area which gets a nice breeze. Comfy area in family room for all of us, SmartTV and connected our Netflix easily, fast WiFi, kitchen had everything you could need, and bathroom was large and clean. Washing machine and drying rack (worked great!). Since we visited in the summer, it was pretty warm in Barcelona during the day, it did cool off at night a bit. There’s 1 AC unit located in the family room. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of our friends and family.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Supermarket next door. Perfect for self catering. Near to many attractions. Casa Batllo and Passeig de Gracia only a few blocks away, 10 mins walk to La Rambla and 30 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. Nice to have some outside space in a busy city. Although central, the apartment was at the back of the building and therefore very quiet. Ricardo, the owner, was also extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here in August , the apartment is very spacious set in an old traditional Spanish building ,in the Eixample area very elegant . Comes equipped with bathroom , kitchen , living area and a very large outside area . Outside table , sofa and sun loungers , this apartment had everything we needed , including ironing equipment . Everything was ok , so there was no need to to contact Ricardo but I’m sure he would have been very helpful if I did . Very pleased overall with my stay

Location was fantastic, close to supermarket, pharmacy, public transport, bars and eating places ( do yourselves a favour and try "Brunch and Cake" across the road for breakfast). The apartment was well appointed, had everything a family of 5 needed, the massive outdoor area was such a bonus. Would stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The owners met us at the apartment and were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is better than the pictures- light, airy with large French doors. Everything worked and the kitchen was well equipped- even provided breakfast items and beer! The terrace was wonderful to sun-bake or just sit and have a drink and tapas. Would rent again in a minute!!

Tout a était parfait : - le contact en amont, l'accueil et la grande gentillesse de Ricardo et Eléna. - l'environnement de l'appartement : dans un quartier super sympa avec petits restau et bar, parcs, supérette au pied de l'immeuble. Proche de toutes les attractions touristiques et transports (aérobus et métro). - L'appartement en lui même : super charmant avec grande terrasse, au calme, literie neuve, très bien équipé, vraiment tout a été prévu par les hôtes (on se croirait à l’hôtel !!). J'avais vu dans des commentaires que le seul bémol était l’ascenseur bruyant mais justement il vient d'être remplacé par un tout neuf. On a passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
