Lovely apartment clean modern in a great location for the beach and town. There is all you need in the apartment for a self catering holiday.the only thing that the owner needs to fix is the bathroom sink tap there is hardly any water flow. We would recommend this apartment and area for a short break.

This apartment is well furnished and comfortable with television, cd player, washing machine and dryer. There are usually dry goods left in t cupboard for occupants use and the bottle of cava was very acceptable. Location is excellet, so close to the shops and Las canteras. It could be used for six but would mean occupants using the sitting room. Oherwise it is quite spacious. A lift takes you to the fourth floor but there is no balcony or sea view. The owners are very helpful and there is a 24 hour grocery store immediately to the left on the street. Excellent value nd we hope to return again I 2017

Piso muy agradable, muy bien situado, con un parking a precio muy razonable al lado y con la Playa cerca y buen ambiente.

El apartamento es muy acogedor con todo tipo de servicios y comodidades que hacen que te sientas como en casa. Muy luminoso a pesar de ser interior y sin ruido. El descanso fue perfecto. No tuvimos ningún problema de espacio lo que hizo la estancia muy confortable para las 5 personas que disfrutamos de la vivienda. Esta situado en una muy buena zona, a menos de 1 minuto de la playa y en zona muy comercial. ¡Seguro repetiremos!

The apartment was perfect, as described. Really near the beautiful beach, very comfortable for 5 people, for all the children. Clean and full of all the conforts. The owner was very kind and patient with us. I hope to return soon!

Una settimana incantevole, oltre alla splendida Isola, un appartamento confortevole, i proprietari molto disponibili e premurosi nel farci trovare tutto ció che ci potessere occorrere! Gracias Yubelkis Credo proprio di tornarci, due passi dal mare, negozi, bazar e market sotto casa. Non potevamo trovar di meglio.

This is an ideal apartment for three people, maximum,with a double bedroom, a smaller room big enough for one and a sofa bed in the sitting room which,, if used would make the openplan kitchen/ sitting room very small. It is close to the beach and is light and airy but lacks a patio or balcony. Very reasonably priced.

Alles war einfach toll .Das Apartement macht baulich einen frischen Eindruck, es ist blitzsauber WLAN-Verbindung (im Preis inbegriffen) gibt. Das Apartement verfügt über einen großen Fernseher . DieAusrüstung an Besteck und Geschirr, das ist für eine Wohnung ohne Spülmaschine , aber ist ok. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren da. zentrale Lage inmitten von Las Palmas und in der Nähe des Las Canterras Strandes ( Maximum 30m) Aufzug im Haus. auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Visited in March 2015 for 1 week, Owner was very helpful, we spoke no Spanish, she no English, so google translate, but it worked well enough. Nice touch on arrival was a bottle of cava in the fridge for us. We had a 6 month old baby, travel cot was there on arrival but 2 things we really needed were a kettle and a microwave to make baby milk and sterilise bottles, there was a microwave but no kettle in apartment, but on mentioning to owner, she came within a couple of hours with a brand new kettle :-), on first use of the newish high tech digital microwave, door release broke and steriliser got stuck inside, again we called owner and she bought an old low tech replacement, which worked perfectly. The owner did everything she could to help make our stay, with a young baby, a good one. The apartment itself, is fairly basic and with average furnishings, but it has all one may need and more than enough for a short stay. Having travelled before to Las Palmas I new location was good before we arrived and it was. Yards from Las Canteras good restaurants all around, a 24 hour small shop, bakery next door, iin a nice position not far from the new shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Espana with lots of enjoyable streets to amble around, we certainly enjoyed the location. and the But? The one thing that let it down was the kitchen was literally infested with ants, on arrival there were many ant catching traps on floor and we ourselves bought more, but to little avail, There was a constant trail of ants walking both ways across the worktops, and they got into all cupboards, we had to throw away one of our babies milk powder cartons as somehow ants got inside, with a lid on and on a top shelf. The only ant free space in kitchen was the fridge. So it had everything it it.... This is of course not the owners fault, it looks like they tried to deal with it with of the shelf products but it may need a professional pest control company as there were a lot and everywhere. That said, would we go again?, yes we probably would, price v's location and standard was good and owner was simply superb. Here's hoping next time its not with a shared kitchen!
