Exceptional view from Agustins apartment,just enjoyed having a glass of wine and people watching from the terrace,Agustin really helpful,just ask.

Part of the choosing process is reading previous reviews. Whilst we agree fully with the superb location which, frankly, you could not better, we were wondering where the "welcome pack", praised by a previous guest, was as there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge, nor any soap to wash ones hands and only sad leftovers from a previous visit in the pantry. No matter, there are lots of supermarkets nearby. We were staying for 2 weeks and expected to find some additional bed linen and towels for the second week. None were found and a message to the owner went unanswered: so we spent a day washing and drying (there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer). There were no "beach" towels (strange in an apartment that ticks all the boxes for a "beach " holiday. So we went out and bought some. The apartment is well furnished with what looks like IKEA products. No problems there apart from the difficulty of using the bathroom sink because of the position of the cupboard over it. If WiFi is important to you, you'll find it inadequate, with the best signal coming whilst sitting on the loo and no signal at all in the lounge area. The owner is obviously "borrowing" the router signal from somenone else. The person who greeted us on arrival was anxious to get away even though we were not late and not past our quoted arrival time. There was no information available (apart from appliance handbooks/instructions) of what to do if any emergency were to happen although the concierge was there every weeday morning and was helpful if we wanted tio know anything....and fortunately we do speak a little Spanish. Having said all that, we did enjoy our stay there and the value for money is good, although we're not sure it would be suitable for 4 people and using the fold-away bed-settee as the additional bed.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location was great, straight in front of the sea. You can hear the waves for the whole day.there is a table that I used as a desk for my remote working and It was so nice to watch the sea from my “office”. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had all you need for a short stay and the bad was very comfortable. I can recommend this place.

My wife & I stayed at the apartment for the new year, the apartment is in the perfect location, you can watch the sun set from the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine, which the owner left for us & it was lovely wine, there is everything you need at the apartment including a hairdryer, washing machine & tumble dryer, the dryer broke & the owner got it fixed straight away. We took the number 60 bus from the airport to Santa cantalina park which took 35 mins & Was €5.90 for us both , walked straight down calle Nicolás Estévanez building number 80 which is at the end on the right. We would recommend this apartment

central location right on the promenade of las canteras beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, pictures are true likeness, apartment is lovely and well equipped, we loved sitting on the balcony having a drink watching the world go by with the superb ocean view, i recommend getting the L60 bus from airport to santa catalina park (3 euros compared to 35-40 euros for taxi) come out of bus station and walk straight ahead past the square to nicolas estevanes sreet which runs straight down to the beach where you will find the apartment on the left, 10 minute walk

Lo primero que quisiera resaltar, es la amabilidad del dueño del apartamento, Agustín, que nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto casi a media noche con su coche particular, hay que tener en cuenta que el aeropuerto dista unos 25 kmts. El apartamento fabuloso; muy cómodo y luminoso. Muy a gusto, de verdad.

Vi hyrde lägenheten 14 dagar i september/oktober 2017. Det är en otroligt fräsch och fin lägenhet som ligger mitt på Las Canteras endast ett stenkast från havet. Den innehåller allt man behöver och har en grym utsikt. Vill rekommendera den starkt!

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment direkt am Strand der Canteras. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Il proprietario Augustin è gentile e preciso .L'appartamento è piccolino ma superiore allo standard della zona e fornito di tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza.Gode di una posizione e di una vista invidiabile con solo il rumore delle onde.La cauzione di euro 150 ci è stata puntualmente restituita alla data stabilita.Grazie.

I chose this apartment on the basis of previous positive reviews and I concur with them all. It is located mid way along the promenade which separates the balcony from the sea. A great place to appreciate the sights and sounds of the seaside. Closing the glass door allows for a quiet environment for sleep. From initial booking Agustin was available to answer without delay, any of our questions. He arranged Taxi pickup at the airport at reasonable cost. He was present in the apartment when we arrived to ensure we understood how everything worked. He had a welcoming food, water and wine parcel which was welcome as our arrival was late. He was the ideal host and checked during our stay that all was well. The apartment, recently redesigned, facilitates easy maintenance during a stay. A plentiful supply of towels is available. A great holiday location.
