Excellent Location and Property
We had an excellent stay at this property, its location is excellent and the property was pristine. Daniele took the time to show us where some of the best locations and Tapas bars were. We tried a few and were not disappointed. Will definitely be back.

understandable landlords
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip at short notice due to a very serious illness of a close relative. The landlords were very understanding and compassionate. They even promised that the agreed rent would be refunded despite the expiry of the cancellation deadlines if they could rent the apartment at short notice. If I come to Sevillia after all, I will certainly book there.

Super apartment right in the center of Seville
Center Seville description sums up this apartment, clean, modern, well equipped and right where you want to be to enjoy Seville, it is indeed a 3 minute walk to the cathedral. Rosa and Daniel where there to greet us at the time we requested and made us feel really welcome giving us recommendations for several bars and restaurants to try which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. This is a great place to stay in Seville.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Location in Central Seville
The apartment is in a great location being only minutes walk away from the Cathedral and Royal Palace. There are lots of great restaurants and tapas bars within minutes walk. Rosa and Daniel are great hosts and give you good recommendations of where to eat. The apartment is fully equipped with creature comforts like washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. As one of the other reviewers commented, there is no door between the bedroom area and the kitchen / living area, but we found that wasn't an issue at all. If we were to come back to Seville, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location
Everything on the doorstep. Owner was very welcoming and provided helpful information. Good kitchen and washing facilities (including dishwasher and washing machine). Down sides included a lack of door between the bedroom and living area. The front door let in some noise, so take earplugs if you like a lie-in. Quiet enough area but still central, so the occasional bangs and clangs.

Sometimes the excellent locations need maintenance work, normally according to the noise regulations of the city, only in a few hours so as not to disturb the rest of the travelers and neighbors! I am sorry for this inconvenience, I can not control or decide this! In general, other previous travelers consider that it is a really quiet apartment with no outside noise and I also think the same!

Fantástica visita a la vieja Híspalis,así como fantástico alojamiento. Hay que destacar de este apartamento: Su ubicación que es inmejorable,su tranquilidad y su limpieza.Está provisto de todo lo necesario (No le falta un solo detalle). Mención especial merecen sus dueños: Tanto Daniel como Rosa,son todo amabilidad;dispuestos siempre a solucionar cualquier problema,te acogen con cariño y te informan sobre todo lo que necesites con auténtica pasión. El encanto de esta bella ciudad no solo reside en sus plazas, rincones y bares repletos de vida,ni en sus innumerables monumentos;también reside,por encima de lo demás,en sus "gentes".(Personas como los dueños son un claro ejemplo) Daniel y Rosa hacen que la estancia se impregne de ese duende sevillano con aroma de azahar. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa!

Another wonderful stay in Sevilla
This was our second two week stay in Sevilla with Daniel and Rosa. The superlative reviews attest to the very high standard maintained by the hosts and we are happy to add another 5 star review. Daniel and Rosa are wonderful hosts and they made our stay so memorable. The apartment is very clean with excellent amenities and in a safe gated community right in the centre of old Sevilla. There are very good local restaurants, grocery stores and shops; the two bus stations and the train station are 15- 30 minutes walk away, although there are plenty of taxis if needed. Sevilla is a brilliant city to walk around with many historic sights and fascinating narrow streets and architecture. It is also a great centre from which to explore Andalusia by car, bus or train for example Cadiz, Carmona and Cordoba.

Fabulous location, very good apt”
Location is the best, close to all the sights and wonderful walking everywhere. Daniel and his mother Rosa have created a well appointed, immaculate rental. Highly recommend! Note: no window views from apartment but very quiet for sleeping.

Perfect location
The apartment is clean, comfortable and perfectly situated to explore the old town in Sevilla, just minutes from the cathedral and an easy walk to many of the other historic sites. The air conditioning was an added bonus as it was very hot during our visit. There are many good tapas bars and places to eat nearby. Thank you Daniel and Rosa.
