Brand-new and welcoming open-spaced studio apartment features a double-bed, table and a small kitchen equipped with new appliances to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. A large double window provides an abundance of light and air throughout the apartment. There is a flat-screen TV and free wireless access to the internet. This apartment belongs to a set of 5 holiday flats in a recently built house. All are decorated simply in a classic contemporary style. The central location of Feria Street, next to the Alameda de Hércules and only 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, makes this apartment a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Funcional, clean and central appartment

We have been happy in these funtional and clean appartment situated in the old town near every point of interest. Marcus welcomed us and explained the the main things about the appartment. As everything worked well, we did not have to call him. We wish to thank him for his amability. He is someone well organised and this makes the things easy and smooth.

Excellent service de la part des employés

Logement bien situé , propre et un peu petit mais, confortable. L'équipe est présente de 9:00 à 21:00

Feria 2B

Stayed in the 2B unit which had a separate bedroom. Loved the apartment and its location. Modern, well appointed unit which was exceptionally clean. Great service from staff who are based in same building. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. Loved our stay!

Appartment in the authenticSiville neighborhood close to the main attractions

Everything is in a walking distance if you would not mind to walk for 10-15 min. Appartment is conveniently located in the very clean residential neighborhood, so you can observe and participate in non- touristy life in Seville. Market, multiply food stores and various cafes are a steps away, so are banks. Marcus, manager and owner, was very nice, helped us on the late arrival, offered city maps and recommendations.Appartment is clean, dicent size and served the purpose. Free laundry on the ground floor. Be prepared to walk 3 floors up ( 2-nd European floor, that was not an issue for us), and noise from the street , that comes from the nearby bar , recycling beans and street cleaning service.

Confortable et cuisine bien équipé.Petit mais ok pour deux personnes . À promimité de tout. Rue parfois bruyante et achalandée.

Fantastic apartment in the old town.

We stayed in the Feria one bedroom apartment in the same building as Feria studio. It is very well laid out, with everything one needs for a short stay. The apartment is in a great area, situated in the old town of the Macarena district. Everywhere was accessible by foot, and always made for an interesting walk. Markus and his team from Veo Apartments, were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely delightful

Loved our stay here. The place was great and the staff was exceptional! Perfect location, bright and sunny, spacious, clean, comfy, affordable.

Love the location

If you're ok with about a 10 minute walk to see the main attractions, then the location can't be beat. It's far enough away that you feel like you're actually living there as opposed to being a visitor (and we were only there for 3 days). Ask about places to eat -- they have some great recommendations. The room itself was exactly what we needed. It provided a comfortable place to sleep and an opportunity to heat up items whenever necessary. The ability to open up the door to the street was nice for the mornings. The only thing that kept me from rating it as Excellent was the noise you could hear all night from being on such a heavily used (small) street. You could hear the street cleaner and garbage trucks at the wee hours of the night/morning. I'm a light sleeper so it could just be me. Overall great place to stay!

Perfectly situated

Very modern, well refurbished apartment in the El Centro of Seville. Great position if you want to explore the all the touristy areas but equally well positioned for the many great good value tapas bars. All the staff at Seville 5 were very helpful and friendly.
