Penthouse with 2 private terraces, offering unique views towards the Cathedral. Located in the heart of the historic centre, next to Plaza Nueva, at five minutes walking distance from the Cathedral.
The apartment comprises one large open space which can accommodate 2-4 guests. The sleeping area has a double bed (150x200 cm) and the living area two twin beds (the second single bed is a pull-out stored below the other).
Modern comfort meets traditional Sevillian architecture to create a truly harmonious atmosphere. The interiors are spacious and bright, with windows throughout. The apartment faces south and has sun light for most of the day.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and chairs.

Nice apartment, great location but a few issues
The apartment itself is roomier than it looks in the pictures, is well equipped, comfortable and the location fantastic. Plaza Nueva is a few meters away and the Royal Alcazar, Cathedral, and Triana are within 15 minutes walk. Add another 10 minutes to get to Metropol Parasol, Santa Cruz or Plaza de Espana. However, anyone thinking about renting needs to be aware that the apartment is on the fourth level. I counted 53 steps, which for a couple healthy retirees isn't a problem the first 3 or 4 times in the day. We were in and out a lot and found that we often didn't have the steam to tackle the stairs in the evenings. The terraces were okay: the lower one was small with a view of white walls, some metal doors and a rusty tin roof; the upper one has a good view looking past a lot of rooftops to the Cathedral; it's best at night. Also, the mechanical systems for the building are up there and are noisy when running. On the topic of noise, the refrigerator makes an unusual loud whining sound on occasions, enough to wake us up at night. In an 18 day stay we heard it about 5 or 6 times lasting for about 5 to 10 minutes on each occasion. We informed the management who's brushed off the concern by saying that refrigerator noises are normal, as if we had never owned a fridge before. We were a little offended by the response. The overhead kitchen lights didn't work either and despite promising to send someone to check them out nobody ever came. On our arrival we were told that the bad odour in the bathroom was somehow due to the river? The odour occurred occasionally and we did notice it in several other areas and buildings in Seville. We found that closing all the drains including the kitchen helped to minimize the bad smell. Overall it was a pretty good stay and we don't regret choosing this apartment, but considering what we paid, we'd look elsewhere in the future.
