Fabulous Spacious Villa. (party of 8) This was a booking that was generously honoured by the owner as a rollover from 2020 (covid) that was well worth the wait. The pool size, the heating of it, and the shaded porch around it make it a fantastically practical Villa for a 3 generation family holiday like ours. The whole experience was top notch from booking to arriving to information given during the stay and to leaving. The villa was spotlessly clean and everything you need for your holiday was provided. When someone thinks of and provides you with 3 shopping trolleys and more than enough coat hangers in each bedroom, you know the attention to detail is superb. The beach is a 200 metre walk down a slight hill, and there are plenty of lovely eateries within easy walking distance (we particularly liked the Italian DA SERGIO - where you can book a table to eat on the beach). I would strongly recommend this villa to everyone.

We had one of our best holidays ever in this beautiful villa. Everything was clean, orderly and so comfortable; we truly felt at home. We enjoyed the heated pool, the weather was really warm (November!), and the glorious beach was just a 2 minute stroll down the road. We'd love to come back again! Thank you, Jev and Elena, for making our stay perfect!

Beautiful villa inside and out. Stayed with a family of 7: six adults and a baby. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Supermarket in walking distance as was the beach and local seafront restaurants. Lots of space inside and never felt under each other’s feet. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pendant 2 semaines, la villa est vraiment très bien équipé, la terrasse sur le toit à une vue incroyable, le jardin est magnifique, que de bon souvenirs en pensant à cette villa. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire avant le séjour et pendant. Et un grand merci à Marina (la personne qui nous accueil) pour sa gentillesse.

I would highly recommend this villa on all levels: location great; accommodation, cleanliness, facilities excellent; lovely salt-water pool. Great for families or groups of friends. But this is not an accessible villa for wheelchair users... even though it is seemingly on one level, there are actually steps/thresholds throughout and the doorways are very narrow and there no ramps anywhere. We coped with this (my son is a wheelchair user) and still had a nice time but I wouldn't recommend this villa to other families/groups with a wheelchair.

A perfectly quiet and relaxing location, just 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins drive from Marbella. Jevgenil 's attention to detail was brilliant. Correspondence and facilities were perfect. The underfloor heating was left on for the comfort of two grandchildren of 8 months & 3 years, a child cot & play pen was also available . We were met by the lovely Marina who showed us through the villa. A walkthrough lounge and kitchen backing on to the pool and a divine little covered courtyard with gas BBQ. The kitchen was fully equipped with all modern appliances and a large American fridge that cooled off the beers nicely ! The living room adequately seating the 8 of us in front of the TV . The Wi Fi speeds were super fast. The bedrooms had more than enough wardrobe space and separate bathrooms. The wrap around baloney on the top floor had superb views and its own little sun trap on the top terrace. All rooms were fully air conditioned and secured at night by electric shutters. The pool was very refreshing with plenty of sun loungers to catch that all important tan. We could park the car in the covered car port that had electric gates. Just returned from a ten day stay at this wonderful villa with my family.the villa is well eguipped and five minutes from the beach.we found plenty of nice reserants within walking distance .the whole booking process was easy with good response from owner. Although we arrived early ,the lovely Maria was there to greet us and let us in .great stay

We had a wonderful time in the nice ,cosy villa! There is enough space for 8 persons. We were there with seven persons and a baby girl . The beach is vey close. Five minutes walk. The garden and the pool are great. There is a supermarket nearby and very nice restaurants on the beach. Linda Vreeman from Holland
