A villa boasting breathtaking panoramic sea views over the bay of Saint-Tropez, within walking distance from the sandy beach Les Elephants. The villa is spread across 2 floors, each featuring a living room and a kitchen. The ground floor comprises 4 bedrooms, with 3 offering a bed size of 160 x 200 cm, and the 4th bedroom equipped with a bunk bed and 4 single beds. This floor also includes 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen and living room with a TV are situated on this level. Upon entering the garden, you'll discover the heated infinity pool, a ping pong table, and a gas BBQ. Pool heating is included and operational between April 1st and October 31st. The pool can be enclosed for added safety. On the first floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 180 x 200 cm...
