Just returned from my 5th visit to this fantastic apartment. As you can see from my previous 4 reviews I love it here so much. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay and it's loving maintained by the owners and the manager that looks after it for them. I will hopefully be back again next year and really can't wait as it feels like a home away from home.

Just back from another visit (see my previous reviews) to this beautifully appointed apartment in the Old Town part of Nice. It was lovely to be back here again after all the lockdowns and travel restrictions during the last year or so. Since my last visit the main wall in the living area has been repainted in a much lighter colour which makes the place seem even more spacious. There was also a new rug and sofa cushions which tie in perfectly together. The tram system from the airport has now been completed which makes the trip into the centre of the city a pleasurable experience and at just 1 Euro 50 is an absolute bargain. It’s about a 5 to 8 minute walk from the Garibaldi tram stop to the apartment. Despite everything the city seems to be recovering well and there were a few new bars and restaurants all of which looked very tempting and some of them were duly sampled! The Castel Plage private beach and Restaurant are still going strong as is my favourite restaurant La Rotonde at the Negresco hotel. You will certainly not be disappointed with either of these venues. My trip for next year is already booked and I can’t wait to return here once again.

Appartamento nel centro storico di Nizza, vicina alla Cattedrale di Nizza. Posto molto bello e caratteristico, nella zona pedonale, molto frequentato da turisti. L'appartamento è pieno di accessori. La cucina molto ampia. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La spiaggia è vicinissima a piedi. Così come anche l'ascensore gratuito per salire al castello e alle cascate. Consigliatissimo.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town Nice, this beautiful apartment has everything you need with a very French feel to it. Clean with a comfortable bed, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. It's only a five minute walk to the beach via the bustling lanes lined with fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is right on the doorstep of Castle Hill where you can take the steps that lead you to the beautiful waterfall and stunning views of Nice. The Old Port is also a short distance walk away which is worth a visit. Trams and trains are easily accessible. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment and I will myself be returning very soon.

As for our previous stays - this apartment is extremely well situated, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We loved this apartment. It is located in an amazing area, in old town. Beaches, markets, restaurants are very close. You can open the window and just feel the spirit of the city <3

I've just returned from my third visit to this wonderful apartment which is perfectly situated in Old Town Nice. The apartment has always been maintained to such a high standard by the owners and local manager. The buses from the airport (Numbers 52 or 59) are just 1 Euro 50 and take around 20 to 25mins. They drop you within a 7 or 8 minute walk from the apartment. The soon to be completed tram which runs from the airport will also cost the same. Quite a few new bars and restaurants have opened up since my last visit so you are really spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out. For a treat try the Castel Plage private beach - it's really worth it! I'm looking forward to my next visit already!

This is such a lovely place. Right in the middle of the old town, and with the Cathedral, ice cream parlours, and direct access up the hill to Castle Hill with the best view in Nice, I couldn't have wanted more. A friend had stayed before a recommended it to me, and how right she was. Will definitely be back. Hopefully this year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Pleasant sitting area. Bedroom fine - be aware the bed is a mattress on wooden slats, a bit firm. Amazing neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants. We lived with the locals. Loved it.

Great apartment in a fabulous location. Very comfortable bed and a table in front of the window with bar stools to watch the street activity outside. Only problem we had was a decent ironing board there was just a table top one and difficult to use. Other than that great xx photos out of window and local streets
