Having been unable to travel for the past few years it was great to get back to Nice and this excellent accommodation. You will struggle to find a better located apartment. This year my partners daughter stayed with us and was very happy with the large comfy bed settee and the air con is always a pleasure to have. Cheers Craig.

This flat is very close to the Jean Medicine line 2 tram stop to and from the airport, the line 1 stop for the Old town and and an easy walk to the train station. The building is hidden behind the Carlton Hotel and so does not overlook the main street Boulevard Victor Hugo and being on the 4th floor the flat is quiet but has no view except of other flats ,as is common in Nice. As it is an old central building it is not so smart in the hallways but the lift is very efficient and inside the flat itself all is modern, clean and comfortable, with dark wood flooring and pleasant furnishings in shades of brown.It is very well equipped: there is a heating\aircon unit and two wall heaters, plenty hot water , cooking utensils, hob and oven,washing machine, twins\superking bed with memory foam mattresses, two sofa beds. We could not get the cable tv to work but there is a DVD player and numerous disks.Wifi worked well. All in all it is a very handy flat for a city break. A 7 day city transport ticket is 15 euros, well worth buying as it will take you on buses and trams, to and from the airport, to Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and even Monaco , a slow ride, better by train. There is a Super U supermarket just round the corner.

We really appreciated Sarah Jane's warm, friendly and informative introduction to the apartment. It would have been nice to have bedding better sorted for our daughter but Sarah Jane was very helpful when we asked her the next day. We had to replenish the supply of washing powder and toilet paper. Overall very happy and would come back or highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful apartment, sparkling clean and bright. Very chic, and comfortable. All amenities for a perfect stay. Easy walking to restaurants, bars and sea front, also close to buses & train station. Fantastic place to stay and relax, would definitely return and recommend this lovey apartment.

Stayed here early March with two girlfriends. The apartment was pristine, really comfortable and in a brilliant location close to the sea, shops and restaurants and very convenient for public transport. We had a large double bed each, two of which were supremely comfortable sofa beds and did not feel on top of each other as the living area so spacious. Hot water plentiful and a great shower. It is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Great value and as good as the photos suggest.

Had a great few days with friends in this well appointed apartment. Perfectly positioned for exploring Nice and all it has to offer. Also within walking distance for public transport to the beautiful surrounding area. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked and secure. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful apartment. A great location, very quiet. Very easy for the beach, train station and the old town. The beds are extremely comfortable so slept very well. All spotlessly clean. Very well appointed apartment, loved it. Would recommend this to all my friends.

Wonderful apartment and very centrally located. Loved the fact that there was air con as this was very much needed throughout the time we stayed. Couldn’t have asked for more. We loved our stay and the apartment itself and location contributed to that. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
