We’ve had the most wonderful holiday this summer. I can’t recommend this apartment higher. Mina and Bernard are the most charming and welcoming hosts. The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need and the balcony is simply amazing with breathtaking views! It’s a 10 min walk to a loveliest beach. We didn’t have a car but next time we might hire one but still it didn’t stop us going to the shops in town everyday (about 20/25 min). The house is on a bit of a hill but a great exercise to walk it. Thank you very much Mina and Bernard for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to hopefully returning next year! Darya

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment with its wonderful terrace and views over the town and sea. The views from the terrace are unforgettable both during the day and the night. Many thanks to Mina and her husband who helped to make our stay so special. Although we could walk to the nearest beach and to a bus stop in about 10 minutes we believe that a car is beneficial to provide best access to other nearby areas and walks, including around Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat that are definitely worth seeing. It also helps with the shopping, and with more distant travel such as to Nice, Monaco, Menton and even Italy. A highly recommended location in a very pictureque part of France!

Just returned to the UK after spending two brilliant weeks in this idyllic location. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a fantastic place located between Nice and Monaco. A good location for exploring both places. We visited the beach (petite Afrique) daily which is a 5min walk down from ave Gordon Bennett (hill coming back) the beach was outstanding, safe, clean, crystal clear waters. We did lots of snorkelling with our four year old who loved it. We hired a car for two weeks and visited lots of other different places along the coast (aquasplash, parc Phoenix, eze, ville Frranche) and walked down to the marina in the evenings for dinner. Mina the lovely owner of the apartment looked after us so very well. The apartment is part of her house with separate entrance. Anything we needed Mina helped with. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible. Everything you need is in the apartment and it's spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved it and will be heading back again next year! Thank you Mina for enabling us to have a brilliant holiday.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2016. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owners who were always friendly and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The large covered balcony was almost a room in itself and with the view being so wonderful, from sunrise to beautiful sunsets, it was hard to leave it! We hired a car for the duration which was very handy arriving and leaving with luggage, and the area felt very safe to park. It is situated just off the main route from Nice to Monaco and a regular no.100 bus-stop between these two destinations was close by. Spotlessly clean and kitchen / laundry facilities were great too. The garden and villa were very characterful and attractive. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

We visited the flat last week and I can highly recommend staying at this stunning property with views that are to die for - truly amazing, quite happily sit on the balcony and watch the view of the bay and the yachts moored up. The flat is attached to a lovely large hillside property in a wonderful location with plenty of on street parking, a few flights of steps through beautiful landscaped gardens leads to the lovely flat. The flat was furnished to a very high standard, shower was brilliant with a plentiful supply of hot water - very clean throughout and plenty of storage space in flat. Bed very comfortable as was the sofa bed that my daughter slept in. Kitchen very well equipped could fault anything - if I had to find a fault and it would be being picky as it was extremely hot air conditioning or a fan would have been advantages as we had to sleep with the door open and ended up being eaten by the mosquitoes - but I can imagine that is only a problem for a few weeks of the year and it certainly wouldn't stop me visiting. By far the greatest feature of the property is the wonderfully huge balcony with stunning views over the bay and the mountains to the side - too lovely to be able to put into words - miss waking up to this view thats for sure. It was fantastic to have a sofa and chairs and table and chairs to dine on the balcony, like a mini flat in itself. We cannot wait to go back and visit this truly stunning property and look forward to meeting the lovely owner Mina who was away when we visited - very helpful in guiding us to the property making the whole booking process a pleasure. 5 STAR ACCOMMODATION
