Imagine summer by the sea in an ancient fishing village surrounded by the Mediterranean sea. A village where you will walk in the steps of Matisse and Derain. Our house is located in the most beautiful street of Collioure, Rue de la Fraternite. It's just 2 minutes walk from the beach, n the center so you can forget about your car! Everything is walking distance.
On top of its amazing location, there is a hidden secret in our House: its two terraces including a roof top with a 360 view over Collioure famous church, the sea and the mountains.
Cleaning fees are mandatory, 80 €, to pay upon your arrival.

Perfect holiday home
Perfect location, 2 minutes from the beach, right in the centre of the lovely village. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you might need. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly owner. All in all the perfect holiday home. Thanks, Cliff

Magnifique maison

Location Can’t Be Beat….
It would be difficult to find a better property location in Collioure. The cottage is on a pretty, pedestrian street just two minutes from the seafront, a few seconds from a couple of good boulangeries, five minutes from the main supermarket.
The cottage is a well renovated four-storey building with two bedrooms at 1st floor level. Both these bedrooms are a good size, the front room having a large window, the rear one just a very small one which made it somewhat gloomy. At 2nd floor level is the main kitchen/dining area, which has plenty of natural light, with French doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the street. Good quality fridge/freezer and other appliances as well as plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Some nice touches, such as a couple of USB lamps that were very useful for playing cards on the roof terrace in the evening, and a decent Bluetooth speaker. WiFi (with the longest password I’ve ever come across!) not blisteringly fast, but fine for emails and streaming music.
Main bathroom and shower excellent, with a smaller en-suite shower room off the other bedroom at 3rd floor level. - both terraces are accessed via this bedroom, which has full-height sliding doors to the lower one. This lower terrace is comfortable, more attractive than the photos, with an electric sun awning. The roof terrace has a large table, light and power and is accessed from the lower terrace. From the terrace are stunning views across the town to the sea and the Pyrenees, apart from location the key reason for renting this property.
Had a couple of issues on arrival, a lack of bedding and no roof terrace sunshade. Monique, the agent, quickly resolved the former and tried her best with the latter but to no avail. Apparently previous renters had broken numerous sun-shades and a decision had been made not to provide one in future. This meant that with the Mediterranean sun the roof terrace, a prime reason for our renting the cottage, was only usable early morning and from late afternoon – it’s this fact that has reduced my rating from what would otherwise have been five stars.

Amazing views from the terrace in fantastic location
The house is in a beautiful location, with easy access to everything you need, especially the beach and plenty of really good restaurants. We spent most of our time on the roof terrace eating breakfast and dinner there and enjoying watching the sunrise and the sunset and admiring the beautiful view. We loved exploring all that Collioure had to offer including the castle, the winding streets and the train ride exploring a bit further afield. The beaches were wonderful with clear clean water and safe swimming. At the end of our two weeks none of us were ready to go home!

Enchanteur
Je ne peux que recommander chaudement cette location. Il s'agit d'un produit rare, au charme et à la situation exceptionnels. Imaginez une maison de pécheur traditionnelle, en parfait état, décorée avec goût et idéalement située dans une des plus belles rues du vieux Collioure. La cerise sur le gâteau, une terrasse extraordinaire avec une vue panoramique sur Collioure, la mer et les montagnes. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur cette terrasse et nous ne nous en lassions pas. Bref,on a adoré et nous avons hâte d'y retourner!

Parfait !
Emplacement genial. Dans le quarier historique, les galleries d art juste dans la rue....
La plage et les restaurants a pied....c est tout ce que l on cherche pour des vacances.
Decoration tres sympa et soignee.
Mais le must, ce sont les 2 terrasses en roof top pour l apero ou le diner.....sans vis a vis et avec vue sur mer !!
Reservation efficace et tres sympa avec Benedicte.
A recommender en tout point.
Nous reviendrons !!
