No pudimos elegir mejor lugar para alojarnos, es como tener tu propio apartamento en París. Se nota que es una casa vivida, tiene todo lo necesario y nos encontramos todo muy limpio. Me encantó que fuera una casita en un pasaje, tienes tranquilidad y, a la vez, comercios, restaurantes y la boca de metro La Fourche de la línea 13 muy cerca. Es una zona muy cómoda para ir caminando hacia la Ópera Garnier y el Louvre. Para comunicarte con Priscilla una vez que estás en el alojamiento, mejor hacerlo por WhatsApp o teléfono que por la aplicación de Tripadvisor, nosotros tuvimos que hacerlo y es una mujer encantadora y muy atenta. Me gustaría volver a París y a este apartamento.

My wife and I had a fantastic break here in September. Close to the metro and bus routes which made it easy to get around. Walking distance to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre attractions. The apartment and its Courtyard setting makes for a relaxing environment after a busy day out and about. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the apartment in Paris and I would readily recommend it for a stay in Paris.

I visited on a trip with my niece. The location is excellent and we loved the building and courtyard. The neighbours are all lovely. You can walk or easily get the metro or bus to anywhere you want to go. We did several day trips outside the city, so we found the closeness of the metro to be one of the best features. There are great shops and restaurants all very close. It was great to be such a quick walk to Montmartre. We also walked to the central locations, like the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower easily. There is so much to see on the way that you don't even notice how far you've walked. This place had everything we needed packed into a cute, compact package. It was so convenient to have laundry available. The beds were comfortable. When I come back to Paris, I will be hoping to book Priscilla's place again, for sure!

This is a clean and comfortable apartment. It almost feels like you are a resident of the neighborhood rather than a visitor. From this location, we were able to take the bus to any Paris destination very quickly and easily (we would duck into the metro station to purchase tickets, then come back to the surface to take the bus. That way you can see the city going by as you travel.). We also walked to quite a few places, such as Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, and Parc Monceau. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby that you will never go hungry. The boulanger next door is a wonderful treat. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped. There are several shelves of books in English and French. The owner is very communicative and the instructions are thorough. I appreciated being on the ground floor since we walked so much. It was quiet inside though and like a peaceful haven in the city. I only wish we'd stayed a little longer.

The apartment is exactly as described in the ad, and even better! The surrounding courtyard is a beautiful frame for this cozy apartment. Inside, there is everything one could imagine for a stay in Paris. Also well-kept and clean. It is located close to Metro line 13, which makes it quite central indeed. If one is picky: It is located at ground level with windows directly facing the inner courtyard, which makes it easily visible by people passing by unless one uses the shutters and/or the blinds. The sound from the courtyard also travels easily through the walls.

Abitazione localizzata in una corte calma e tranquilla (nessun rumore dalla av. St. Ouen (tranne le piacevolissime grida dei bimbi della scuola primaria confinante). Monolocale provvisto di tutto: strutturato benissimo! Sembra impossibile che in pochi mq ci sia tutto quello che serve per poter godere di una casa! La posizione è comodissima, per la vicinanza della M13 e del bus 21 (che consiglio di prendere: passa vicino a moltissimi luoghi turistici. Noi abbiamo utilizzato questa linea per portarci nei pressi de l'Opéra, a pochi passi dalla fermata del RoissyBus (con le valigie non è comodo fare scale e tragitti lunghi, utilizzando metro e RER). Ci siamo stati per 12 giorni e non vedo l'ora di poter ancora godere di questo piccolo gioiello!

Paris was beautiful. The apartment was a little home away from home. Just enough space to be alone and still feel connected. I loved the courtyard. The cafes and all the multi cultural food selections just a few steps away. I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable shower was great and I never turned the TV on because the real Life happening all around me was a better show. The neighbors and shop keepers were all friendly The apartment instructions were thorough and I enjoyed the cozy warmth everyday I was glad I chose this place I felt like I was apart paris not visiting. I walked so many places because the location made it easy but if I chose a car Uber never had an issue picking me up or dropping off. Btw Uber is cheaper than the taxis. My ride ftom CDG airport was 53$ Taxi , my ride back was 35$ with Uber. All in all the place was great I think It’s my new paris apartment.

Cannot beat location and price. Right at La Fourche metro and Place de Clichy. Montmartre and Sacre Cour short walk. Is an efficiency built to live in. Fabulous bakery next door. Enjoy. I did.

We so enjoyed our 5 day stay in Pricillas' pleasant and cozy Paris apartment! The apartment had everything one needs for an extended stay; well appointed kitchen, washer, drying rack in the bathroom, comfortable beds and abundant towels. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was lively and interesting and full of all the necessities within an easy walk; colorful cafes featuring many cuisines, bakeries, food markets, banks and metro station right up the street. We loved that we got a taste of a real Parisian neighborhood, yet the major sites we wanted to visit were easily accessible. We would definitely return for another stay in the future!
