Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo confortevole e accogliente. appartamento in una posizione centrale. Arredato con cura, c'è tutto quello che serve ed è molto caldo. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi, ci ritornerò.

We spent four nights in this delightful apartment when we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Paris The apartment has all the facilities you need - including a hair dryer (which isn’t on the list) and the owner Marissa was really helpful and was prompt to respond to our queries. There is a mini supermarket a few doors down and an excellent Boulangerie at the end of the road. There are loads of bars and restaurants in the area and we walked EVERYWHERE - to the Eiffel Tower, La Louvre, Montmatre…

Il Loft alle Marais è davvero bello. La posizione è eccellente non lontana dalla stazione treni Chatelet. I grandi monumenti francesi sono tutti nelle vicinanze, si possono anche raggiungere tutti a piedi. In ogni caso la metro o i bus sono a due passi. Come tutte le case francesi, i servizi igienici sono divisi: toilette nella zona bassa, al piano alta la doccia. La scala è un pò in stato di abbandono e buia ma con l'ascensore si raggiunge subito il primo piano. Uniche note negative del soggiorno sono state: sovraccarico di euro 30 per l'arrivo in casa circa alle 22 e neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo per gli ospiti. Calcolando che il soggiorno è venuto totale 680 euro dal 26 sera al 30 mattina, credo fosse il minimo.

Está en una excelente ubicación y es insonorizado, tiene las comodidades ideales para dos personas y hasta tres si son familiares. Todo funciona perfecto. Lo único que hasta ahora no he recibido el dinero que me pidieron como garantía, por posibles daños, lo cual MARISA me ha dicho que lo depositará en mi cuenta bancaria .

Tout était parfait! Emplacement idéal, propre, fonctionnel, confortable, malgré la rue animée, nous n'entendions rien; superbe insonorisation! Literie top qualité, superbe décoration et belles attentions à notre arrivée! Vraiment un séjour remarquable, notre meilleur appart à Paris à ce jour! Merci Marissa pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Es un departamento de 35 metros de superficie , pero que tiene de todo para hacer una estadía agradable, somos 3 adultos mayores y realmente nos estamos sintiendo cómodos. Como decía MARISA lo ideal es para 2 personas ; o un matrimonio y un niño. La ubicación es IDEAL, está en el corazón de Paris y tenemos todas las atraccciones turísticas a nuestro alcance . Notre Dame , nos queda a 500 metros y hay medios de transporte para ir a todos los lugares turísticos en autobús o Metro. El Barrio tiene un encanto particular y la calle es muy tranquilo y el apartamento tiene gran luminosidad y es insonoro., para la primavera es ideal.

This was a great place to stay in Paris. Located in the heart of the Marais, lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, easy walks to explore the city, and close to the Metro. Marisa was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The studio is located in easy walking distance to Cafés and restaurants, a major Métro station (Hôtel de Ville), Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Centre Pompidou - you can get to pretty much everywhere walking or with a few Métro stops. The area is great - lots of opportunity to eat, drink and shop in a diverse neighborhood. The apartment's street is fairly quiet - not a thoroughfare, mainly small shops and restaurants. Good boulangeries for your morning croissants and baguettes are close by (we get our baked goods from Boulangerie Heurtier at 2 Rue de la Verrerie, another good one is located at the end of the street at 32 Rue Vieille de Temple). Despite being very central, the street is fairly quiet - a small street dominated by small stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is terrific. It is located on the 2nd floor (by american counting, 1st floor in France), a small elevator helps if you arrive with luggage. It is a newly renovated and located in an18th century building. Exposed beams, look very nice, it is quite large 45 square meters (about 480 sq ft), new, well equipped kitchen (stove, range, dishwasher, hood and all you need to prepare and eat meals). Very nice bathroom half a level up, separate room with toilet and washing machine. High, modern windows let in light but keep noise (and cold) out. The bed was comfortable and the pull-out sofa worked well for my son. Fast internet (it even satisfied the standards or our 13 year old son...) keeps you connected. The place of very clean and well kept. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. It was a great choice for us and we can highly recommend this apartment
