Havre de paix ds 1 environnement idéal, plage à quelques mètres ainsi que tour des remparts tellement attrayant, vie active et tous commerces intra-muros à la porte.
Appartement très clair, parfaitement équipé, très agréable avec vue sur jolie place gaiement animée.
Très recommandé.

Appartement vaste, confortable et idéalement placé
Au premier étage d'un immeuble datant de 1710, l'appartement a été entièrement rénové, et décoré très agréablement. Les pièces sont vastes et confortables, et la cuisine bien équipée (four, four micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, plaques à induction, ...)
L'emplacement au coeur du centre historique est idéal. Le stationnement étant payant, il suffit de garer la voiture en dehors du centre pour trouver des emplacements gratuits (à 15 minutes de marche). La cage d'escalier permettant l'accès aux étages de l'immeuble aurait besoin d'être rénovée, mais on ne fait qu'y passer.
L'accueil a été très agréable, ponctuel, avec tous les conseils nécessaires.
C'est une excellente adresse, à recommander

Tres Bien Tres Bien
Location is a short taxi ride from train station and right in the heart of the old city and about a minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops all around. The building is even included in the Old City Self Guided Walks! Looking out the kitchen window is a small park for families, couples or a quiet time to reflect and read. Recycling and rubbish bins nearby. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and well spaced out. Plenty of room for all. Everything works well. Wi-Fi, TV, hot water, toilet. Cannot say enough about the assistance we received from Servane and Beatrice before our stay and at the end when we needed help what to see, where to eat, booking a taxi. Such friendly people to deal with. Made the experience so much more relaxing. Congratulations on a great venue for travellers to experience. Thank you so much.

Schöne alte Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr schöne, vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Straße. Alles etwas älter, aber mit Charme. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist wundervoll, 1 Min zur Mauer, Strand, Fußgängerzone usw. Das Auto haben wir aufgrund der Parkgebühren und der nicht ganz einfachen Fahrt durch die Gassen 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt kostenlos geparkt.

Semaine idyllique
Appartement de caractère, élégant et spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire idéalement situé au coeur de la cité corsaire .
De plus, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Servane qui était très disponible.

Perfect apartment in St Malo!
We had a wonderful stay in St Malo for New Year. The apartment is quirky and charming, but it also has all the modern comforts and enough room to ensure a comfortable stay. It is well located in a quiet part of the Intramuros area, but also near to both the beach and the shops and restaurants. We have visited St Malo before, so we did not do much sightseeing on this occasion. We were met at the apartment by Beatrice, who was friendly and showed us around. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this apartment.

Plenty of character in intra-muros St Malo
If you are a couple looking for somewhere from which to experience the heart of old St Malo, this could be the place for you. It is within a stone's throw of the famous city walls, the lively intra-muros streets and restaurants and the beaches beyond, so getting about the city is no problem. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, and the old stairwell will not suit everyone, but the apartment itself is quite spacious, very quiet and has been updated and well equipped - the bathroom in particular is modern and functional. There is a friendly welcome on arrival. The premises are advertised as having character, and that is indeed what you get. Well worth it.

Intra Muros
Intra Muros meaning 'within the walls' of this beautiful town perfectly describes the location of this apartment. Everything you require from your stay is there just a short walk away including an excellent beach, the cathedral and numerous bars and restaurants. The whole area has a very relaxed feel about it. Servan greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment which is spacious, clean and well-equipped. There is even a whisky cafe, a personal favourite, nearby. We will definitely return. Bernard

Very warm welcome from Servane. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and in a good location. The stairs might be a problem for some people, but they certainly add lots of character to a very old building. Supermarket is nearby, also a very clean laundromat. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the lovely city of St-Malo. Would definitely book this property again.

Il corsaro non abita più qui
Per noi era l’appartamento giusto. Spazioso, arredato con buon gusto, pulito, ben attrezzato (bollitore, microonde, phon ecc.), letto matrimoniale di dimensioni accettabili (e altro letto in sala), funzionale la doccia (inutile piangere sempre sulla mancanza del bidet). Caloriferi elettrici.
Situato nel centro storico (intra muros) con quattro finestre (due lato strada e due su una piazza). Rimodernato quel tanto che basta per evocare i tempi passati. Posto al primo piano da cui si arriva per una stretta scala a chioccola di legno, penso coeva alla costruzione della casa (1714).
Il lato negativo era dover posteggiare lontano nei grandi posteggi fuori dalle mura, ma questo accade quasi sempre se si ha la passione del centro storico.
Positivo: un buon ristorante nella stessa strada e altri nelle immediate vicinanze. Sempre positivo poter passeggiare sui bastioni a tutte le ore che ti garba e pure una spiaggia vicinissima. Supermercato e panificio nelle vicinanze.
