I would strongly recommend this apartment as too many reasons. 3 min walk to the main streets. The owner is so nice and helpful. Fair price. Great for families. Free parking. All in great condition. Roomy. I couldn't ask for more. I would stay there again.

Pauline was excellent to deal with from when we made the reservation until we finished our very enjoyable stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well furnished and everything you would require for your stay is provided. The apartment is right next to the city centre but in a very quiet location with the benefit of being able to park at the property. We would highly recommend Pauline's apartment.

Pauline’s place is like a home from home. Spotlessly clean, very cosy, quiet but literally right next to city centre. Pauline has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The flat is spacious and very well equipped, with modern features eg WiFi, internet tv, induction hob etc as well as period features eg fireplace, bay windows and high ceilings.On street permit parking is included. The flat is conveniently located for many scenic drives, walking and adventures. The city itself is full of quirky shops, cafes and restaurants and lots of lovely buildings not to mention the lovely River Ness and Whin park. I would strongly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Pauline's lovely flat. The house is very clean and spacious (in a Victorian styled-way) and Pauline helped to make our time in Inverness just perfect, including an arrival basket of food which was absolutely perfect given that we arrived at midnight and had no chance to buy food before our early morning tour the next day. But, thanks to Pauline, we were well-fed! The flat was quiet, cozy, perfectly-located and she was an outstanding host - ready with advice, a helpful hand (when we got locked out or ran out of items), and thoughtful touches at every turn. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Pauline's place to anyone looking to stay in Inverness.

We had a lovely time at her home. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the city centre. We settled in very quickly. Everything was provided for and the extra touches provided were very welcome. The beds were very comfortable. An excellent base to explore the city and beautiful surrounding area. Pauline was an excellent host.

Pauline was a wonderful and hospitable host and communicator. The apartment was comfortable and homely, well located (5-10 minute walk into the Inverness City Centre and a 15 minute drive to the Culloden Battlefield) and so clean! The personal touches around the place (toiletries, kitchen essentials, guide books and maps etc) were so appreciated too.

Pauline's place is the perfect spot to stay in Inverness! This perfect location is steps from the heart of the city, the bus, and the railway station. There are fantastic shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the flat. The touches are so homey, comfortable and practical. She left us eggs, butter, bread, milk, snacks and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The flat is sparkling clean. The shower head had the best water pressure in Scotland! She met us there upon arrival, oriented us to the flat and the surroundings, and made herself available for questions throughout our stay. This is beyond a 5 star experience! From the moment we met Pauline at the front gate to check in, we felt cared for like family. Pauline has amazing hosting qualities (great recommendations for local places, tips for getting bookings, and a warm personality) that will make your trip to Inverness feel more like a visit to a favorite Aunt’s home! Truly a SUPER host!! As other reviews have mentioned, she has a fully stocked kitchen with lots of room for cooking and eating (and she even bought fresh bread, eggs, milk, and delicious popcorn). We utilized the laundry area as well and were very happy with the detergents provided and entire setup. The living room area has large gorgeous windows with lovely views of the peaceful neighborhood & plenty of space for a family to spread out (we even broke out our favorite massive board game, Fireball Island - perfect space!). Lots of light can be let in, even on a rainy day. All the bedrooms had dark curtains to completely block any early rays of sun...exceptionally nice when getting the kids off to bed or for a long sleep-in. The entire home is air-tight, draft-free, and snug when it needs to be...and airy, cool & delightful with easy to open windows throughout (we had weather of both extremes & found it very easy to transition with each). Additionally, Pauline has generously provided Scotland’s finest blankets throughout if you need a bit more warmth. The neighborhood is truly one of the best locations we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Extremely peaceful & quiet with friendly neighbors. Parking was a breeze and never seemed to be an issue (we always were able to park right outside the door despite leaving daily). Once inside, we never once heard anyone through the walls or below us & absolutely no night time activity despite being so close to the action!! Once down the McBrae steps (as other reviewers have mentioned), you are right in the middle of it all. Per Pauline’s recommendation we went to MacGregor’s for whisky, dinner, and an authentic Scottish session that anyone can join in (absolutely lovely fish and chips, perfect Sunday Roast, some of the best bartending we’ve seen in the UK with a young atmosphere in the bar/garden area and very historic & gorgeous in the dining area, AND the session was truly an experience of a lifetime and had many talented musicians!!!). ALL of her recommendations were spot on!! Can’t say enough good things about this place & it’s host...

We (family of 5) spent five wonderful days in this large apartment with a perfectly equipped kitchen incl. washing machine. Very clean and everything in perfect order and condition. Easy access to town centre and tourist information on foot. River Ness islands with Victorian bridges in walking distance. Very friendly welcome by Pauline, uncomplicated booking and reception.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this apartment. Plenty of space, and lots of lovely touches like a bouquet of fresh flowers and food for breakfast in the refrigerator. Great location for exploring the beautiful city of Inverness, with just a short walk to the heart of the city. Apartment was very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!!!
