This place is excellent! It has a large & well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtube, a living room with a great view, an electric fireplace (cozy times) and 2 bedrooms (Double & single bed). There are 2 large shopping areas very close by and you need only 15 minutes by foot to Princess Street. I had some wonderful days in that beautiful apartment and the owners was very helpful and easy with check in/out! I would come back anytime!

The flat is located in a quiet residential area close to the main hub of Edinburgh - comfortable accommodation with everything needed for your stay. it is a 15 minute walk to Princes Street - the bus stop, with a frequent service into the city centre, is close to the flat - one day passes are available - Edinburgh is quite a hilly place! Lots of local restaurants with a Tesco Express close to the flat for provisions. Very good Wifi provision at the flat We visited Edinburgh Zoo, The Botanic Garden, and National Gallery of Modern Art. 'Taste of Italy' is a very good cafe open for breakfast to late evening, popular with local residents and visitors alike. All in all we had a very pleasant stay in this flat.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG ist groß, geräumig.Die Bus verbindung ist sehr gut. Station zb.Leopold Place in alle Richtungen. Auch die Lebensmittel versorgung ist in der Nähe. Wir haben 14 Tage dort verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden.Sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher werden jede Woche getauscht. Die Wohnung war für uns Gemütlich.

It is conveniently walkable to City Centre. Used all of the amenities like clothes washer, internet TV.

This was a great apartment near the city center. Very roomy and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The booking process was flawless, the landlord was attentive and we were in constant communication. The flat is lovely and very spacious, and the sun shines through the living room windows all day (when it shines. It's Edinburgh after all! :) ). We liked having a large table in the kitchen: my parents love cooking so we really enjoyed the space to eat and spend some family time together. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to Leith and the City Centre, and it's well communicated. If you like going for walks this would be perfect for you with Calton Hill and Pilrig Park so close, and if you prefer to travel there are buses at the end of the street, with the tram and the train station not too far away.

We stayed for 8 nights. The clean apartment is well stocked with cleaning supplies, and basic cooking ingredients. It is in residential area, yet close to stores and restaurants. It was quiet at night and in a great location. We walked or taxied (reasonable rates to sites from the apartment) everywhere. Martin was in contact with us at all times and responds quickly. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Recommend.

The apartment is very spacious for the area and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The owner was in contact with me several times before and during the rental. We found the living room to be a wonderful space for relaxing and planning our excursions. We loved being able to make our own breakfast before heading out to tour the city too. A couple things you should be aware of: this apartment is on the 2nd floor(3rd floor to US residents) and there is no lift. We managed ok, but it was a struggle with the luggage. The only other drawback was that the bathroom is a bit cramped. Otherwise we liked the space and found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe. Cabs to and from the apartment to the city center were only about £6-8 for three people. Walking to a grocery or bus stop takes about 10 minutes max.

The flat is within 20 minutes of the centre of town. A very easy walk or alternatively one of the hop on hop off busses is up the street. Overall it's a nice place and pictures are accurate. Unfortunately the building smells of smoke (someone who lives in another flat must smoke) and I personally felt there is a hint that comes into the flat at times. There is carpet in the hall and two bedrooms, unfortunately it felt dirty. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The living room was nice. The cafe downstairs is great, but unfortunately they stay open late Fridays and it was noisy. The rest of the time it was not an issue. There's an amazing restaurant, The Walnut, right up the street. Be sure to book your dinner.

Well located near the city centre and with good access to main public transport routes. Plenty of space and light in the flat, and all comforts provided: all the advantages of an hotel without the inconvenients, and at a better price!
