Came to Edinburgh with with work and spent several months in Flat 8. Having the secure car Space was a bonus. The apartment exceeded all expectations, even with the excellent reviews. Location, furnishings, space, quiet. Wife appreciated well stocked kitchen with everything to prepare and cook. We had to move accommodation to accommodate a previous booking and Martin and his team let us move into other property and back early which was very much appreciated. Prince's Street an easy walk (uphill), but bus stop just across the road. Flat walk to Botanic Gardens, supermarkets just around the corner. The perfect apartment in a perfect location to easily access and explore this beautiful city. Highly recommended.

Well located, in easy walking distance of the city centre shops and attractions, the Botanic gardens, the Water of Leith and local shops. This is a perfect flat for a family, with large rooms and plenty of light. I would definitely recommend this flat to my friends and family.

We stayed at rodney street and it was amazing the Christmas markets where in full swing and it was lovely to know you had a comfy well equipped apartment to go back to. Its a real benefit that you get your own car parking space which is very hard to find in Edinburgh. If you happen to arrive earlier than anticipated you can drop your luggage and its only a short walk in to the bustling town centre thats if you get past the cask and barrel which is a very friendly bar and serves a lovely pint of bell haven best. All in all a lovely few days and we will be booking again when there is an opening.

Well presented property in a grand building. Easy to find and access, the off-street parking being a particular benefit in Edinburgh. The flat is kitted out with everything you would need and is a great space to relax in. Nearby facilities are great for self-catering with a range of grocery options, but if we'd tried One Cannonmills and the Bluebird Cafe earlier in our stay as I don't think we'd have cooked at all. Would also very much recommend the Campervan Brewery tap room nearby as well worth a visit for some interesting things to drink. Very handy for access to major attractions like the Botanical Gardens being minutes away and we used the water of Leith to walk out to Dean Village/ Stockbrige and the Modern Art Gallery with ease.

A great location for visiting all that Edinburgh has to offer. well maintained and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of Edinburgh's lively city centre. We are a family of 5 who went by train and didn't miss having a car at all as the apartment is within walking distance of all the major attractions and the zoo is a short bus ride away which was simple to navigate. the family had a wonderful time made all the better by having such a nice bolthole to come back to each evening. Martin was extremely helpful offering advice regarding our stay. Would not think twice about using the Rodney St accommodation again on future visits.

Smashing apartment, very central and well equipped. It is within walking distance to centre of Edinburgh and there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. There was 4 adults and one child and plenty of room in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The apartment was amazing, in a perfect location in Edinburgh. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need to spend a break in luxury, which with Covid19 was very comforting. It is situated perfectly for all amenities required and a short distance from tourist attractions. It has lovely views out over the city and being an old school is really cool. Martin (the owner) was very helpful and kind with the whole process from booking and all through the time we were there. Would definitely recommend for anybody that wants to stay in luxury in the greatest city ever!

Excellent apartment in a gr8 location just off Edinburgh city. Really enjoyed 4 day stay here. We were a family of 6, 5 adults and my teenage daughter with loads of roon for us all in this very spacious apartment. Would have no hesitation booking again.

Apartment was modern, clean, spacious and warm (great heating) in December. Nicely decorated and furnished - obviously cared for by the owners. The kitchen was really well equipped. The only thing we could think of that could be added was a coffee machine! Attractive former school building. Nice area and just a pleasant (hilly) 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Allocated parking space was of real benefit and the parking area felt secure as it was gated. Rental was sensibly priced for the Xmas period. Only slight negative was noise from other apartments in the building but it didn’t bother us much (as we had noisy kids of our own!).
