Stunning rural location on a small farm with free Wifi to all rooms.
The Shepherds View - Newly refurbished with full central heating. Sleeps 6 and is located on Oaks Barn Farm. It comprises of 2 lodges adjacent to each other which are linked by a decking area. The main lodge has 2 king-sized beds in 2 separate bedrooms. The king-sized beds are a zip and lock type, this allows comfort and flexibility to be able to split them into 2 single beds. It has a large spacious walk-in shower with flushing WC. Open plan lounge kitchen and a dining area furnished with granite work surfaces and flat-screen TV, free Wifi throughout the lodge. Adjacent is the second lodge which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with flushing toilet and wash hand basin. Both lodges benefit from central heating contr...

Shepherds view stay
We have spent a long weekend at Shepherds View which easily accommodated the 6 of us, whilst at a wedding at Ragley Hall (which is literally down the road)
It has the most amazing walk in shower and is finished to such a high spec. I particularly loved the granite worktops in the kitchen. It had great WiFi, better than home, and full central heating. It was an excellent choice for us. It was well equipped and quiet too, with wonderful views. We really enjoyed our morning cup of tea on the decking. We also felt we had excellent value. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay here. I would definitely stay again and can't wait for an excuse to re-book .

A very unique, peaceful and relaxing stay in Shepherds view.
Just had a great 3 night stay at Oaks Barn Farm, Shepherd Huts. Wayne and Sue were excellent hosts who took care of us, but also let you enjoy the surroundings without intruding. Great location close to Stratford upon Avon, we went to the River festival which was such fun. The Huts are very tastefully done and comfortable, the beds were particular comfy. There's nothing that hasn't been thought of to make your stay special, central heating, yes central heating throughout!, WiFi, a large walk in shower, Smart TVs to all bedrooms, raised decking area which allows you to fully experience the most wonderful views over open fields. The self catering facilities were excellent with everything you need including a bar b que and kandi fire bowl. The 6 of us had a fantastic time it is a great place for having a fun, cosy social evening. We loved it.

Amazing accommodation in a stunning area
We recently stayed in the pair of modern Shepherds huts at Oaks Barn Farm. Four adults and two children felt comfortable in the flexible layout of the three bedrooms. With every need catered for and set in a private area of the farm, we were delighted with our choice of accommodation. Perfectly situated for exploring the Warwickshire and Worcestershire countryside and within easy reach of Birmingham. We visited Cadbury World, Coughton Court and hired a narrow boat for the day, which everyone agreed was the highlight of the short break. If you're thinking of visiting this area, Oaks Barn Farm and the hospitality of Wayne and Sue is highly recommended.

Superb idyllic countryside retreat...
Wayne and Sue were impeccable hosts. They were available 24/7 and made sure our daughter enjoys her stay on the farm. Perfect countryside location away from the hustle and bustle but still well connected to tour Warwickshire and Cotswolds area.

Perfect escape for the weekend, comfortable, peaceful and relaxing.
Beautiful rural surroundings, so peaceful yet convenient for visiting this lovely area of the country. The huts are so comfortable, clean and well equipped, they are well set back from the road making them very private, with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Wayne and Sue were very helpful and friendly, the cake was a lovely surprise and Wayne bringing out a sit and ride tractor for our young grandson, was very thoughtful. There was a very well equipped shop about 2 to 3 miles down the road at Inkberrow. It was a lovely weekend and hopefully we shall all be back again before too long.

Awesome place for a holiday
Wayne and Sue, thank you for a super holiday!
We stayed at the shepherds hut at oaks barn farm. It was very clean, compact and cosy. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay most comfortable. Sue even baked a lovely cake for us when we arrived. It was a really nice treat.
Grounds are beautiful, with lots of place for the kids to play. Our kids loved to see and feed the chickens and sheep- and of course play with Jimmy the dog.
We enjoyed fresh eggs for our breakfast. And loved too see the pretty fruit growing on the trees.
Highly recommended for a great holiday!!!!

Very good accommodation for our family of 6 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 13
The location was very peaceful and tranquil We felt very safe and assured the property had been cleaned to government regs re Covid 19 The hot tub for our own personal use was completely private and was serviced every day ,an excellent add on
We had great fun with the pizza oven which we hired for one night Wayne and Sue providing the homemade pizza dough together with a homemade tomato sauce Delicious! We were also given delicious greengages from their garden
We had walks in Stratford ,Leamington Spa and the local village Inkberrow(Ambridge to Archer fans)even having a drink in the Bull
All in all a very enjoyable and peaceful break with friendly hosts .would thoroughly recommend to families wanting some fun time together plenty of space for children to play

Perfect stay from beginning to end!
Wayne and Sue made us feel welcome from when we first arrived, explaining all about their covid -19 procedures they have put in place, the hot tub details, what pubs were good to visit and places of interest. The Shepherd huts are a lovely accompaniment to the grounds of Oaks Barn Farm, a beautiful view of the surrounding fields to wake up to each morning. They are very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay, however a mirror in each of the bedrooms would be very useful. We would highly recommend hiring the hot tub with your stay, a great way to relax after a busy day. A perfect stay, with perfect hosts.

Tranquil and relaxing
We had a lovely last minute stay at the Shepherd's Huts after having to cancel a trip to France. Booking was very easy and communication was faultless. On arrival we were met by Wayne and Sue who were brilliant hosts. The Shepherd's huts were roomy, had everything we needed and were in a secluded location with lovely views across the open countryside and the hot tub was a bonus (which we made full use of). Staying for 5 days, we made the most of the surrounding attractions and had a thoroughly relaxing stay.

A beautiful setting with lots of opportunities
We rented out all of the accommodation on offer at Oaks Barn Farm in June 2021 for a fun but relaxing hen do.
The setting was absolutely perfect, with lots of countryside views and peace and quiet - it felt like we had a piece of the countryside to ourselves.
All of the accommodation is clean, modern and spacious. It's perfect for families or for booking as one large group. It gives the flexibility to cater for a large group, but the privacy for splitting into smaller groups when needed, as you can be split across three buildings.
Wayne and Sue were very helpful in creating the perfect weekend and helped us to move our booking even during the uncertainties of Covid 19.
I would definitely return, either with my family or as a group of friends once again.
