Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cosy apartment. It has everything you need and more. Location is excellent and free parking is a bonus. Hosts are very welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend

A first class apartment in a first class location.
This is a first class apartment. It has everything you could want and more.
Excellent position and it's own private parking space.
York is a great destination on it's own and with a car we went to Leeds, Scarborough, Whitby, Harrogate and many smaller towns and villages.

Everything you could want in an apartment in great position
Lovely apartment just around the corner from the Minster. Parking on site and the railway 20 minutes' walk. Very well equipped should you choose to cook and lots of restaurants and bars if you don't. York has so much to o[fer whether it be shopping or sight seeing. Highly recommend the open bus tour to give you an overview of Yorks history. Very good bus and train connections to the coast and towns nearby. Love the Coastliner bus to Whitby great views over the moors and Whitby itself a great way to spend an afternoon. The abbey overlooks the town and should you want to walk the 199 steps wonderful views at the top. Also known for its fish and chips either to eat in from one of the many restaurants or to eat on the harbour wall. Will be back

Thanks for being perfect
We have stayed at many Airbnbs & VRBOs over past several years and have had many great experiences, sometimes... 'not-so-much.' But our recent York rental through 'York Stay Holidays' was the very best in every way. The spacious, convenient apartment was 'as advertised' if not better. Cleanliness was superior with the conveniences one desires but does not always receive. The helpful binder with instructions & tips was outstanding... even providing helpful photos and instruction manuals to better explain use of equipment, preventing a lot of fumbling around or unnecessary phone calls. Our only regret is now that the standard set, all future rentals may suffer by comparison. Many thanks for being perfect.

A great location and a fabulous apartment!
This was our second stay, booked straight after our first and we will definitely be back. The apartment has everything that you could want and is just a short walk from the centre of York. Melanie and David have been great from start to finish and when we asked for a fan in anticipation of the increasing temperatures, it was provided immediately.
That said, the apartment actually remained surprisingly cool considering the temperatures reached, so not having air conditioning wasn't a disadvantage at all, and really not necessary (and with 39 degrees outside, that's saying something!).
Another thoroughly enjoyable stay in a faultless apartment, providing a perfect base for us to enjoy our daughter's graduation. Thank you.

Brilliant well-stocked apartment in excellent location!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights late December/ early January. Checking in was easy and upon arrival we were very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment so we had no trouble making dinner. That alongside Netflix and the provided hot water bottles meant it was perfect if you wish to spend the night in. The bed is very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. It is in an excellent location, situated across the road from the city walls and it is within close walking distance to the city centre. It is also next to a big Sainsburys so you don't have to go far to pick up supplies.
If you are planning on visiting York and are looking for self-catering accommodation, then I highly recommend 2 Feversham House!

Fantastic location for exploring York
We stayed at the apartment for a week in January. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was an ideal location for exploring York with fantastic views of the Minster. The availability of a parking space was a great bonus for us.
Highly recommended - indeed we have booked the apartment again for our next visit to York later this year.

An extremely well equipped and comfortable place to stay in an ideal locatoon.
The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was in a perfect location just by the city walls and had the bonus of an excellent parking space so that we could just leave the car and walk to all the attractions. There was a friendly welcome and lots of helpful information. We hope to return!

What a great find, perfect apartment.
Fantastic communication from booking to arrival. Melanie and David have created a fantastic apartment in a great location with the added bonus of your own private, off road, parking space. Immaculately presented and everything that you would need was available, I would recommend the apartment to anyone and we shall definitely be returning in the near future (hope its available!!)

Long weekend
This was a late booking and we were fortunate this apartment was available. You could not ask for a better location for a self catering apartment with parking. There is a supermarket and restaurants within easy walking distance and less than 5 mins walk you are in the centre of York,
The apartment is finished to a very high standard, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need. There was even a carton of milk in the fridge and a home baked cake from Melanie which was very welcome after long journey. There is la manual on the apartment for TV, heating , water etc which is very useful. There is also information and leaflets on attractions in York and surrounding area. Would not hesitate to recommend.
