We've booked this flat at a very short notice and we received an answer within an hour !! Everything was organised and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior and service and I must say it looks better in reality than in the pictures. Enrico was very helpful, well done enrico and thank you very much !!

Really enjoyed our stay at Enrico's flat - it was impressively clean and well designed - great bathroom and kitchen which is good if you are wanting to prepare your own meals! Situated in Marylebone the location is great - like a 2 minute walk to the tube and Bakerloo line which has great central London stops. Enrico himself was friendly and helpful - a great stay, we would definitely recommend.

Se pensate di visitare Londra per qualche giorno, io consiglio vivamente questo è l'appartamento. Non è enorme ma è molto carino e provvisto di tutto il necessario, che basta e avanza per trascorrere il giusto prima di avventurarsi per la città. Oltretutto, è ben collegato con il centro città e dista molto poco dai mezzi di trasporto. Si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Baker Street (una delle principali fermate della metro), Madame Tussauds e il museo di Sherlock Holmes. Ottima posizione, strategica e niente da invidiare ad altri appartamenti! Il proprietario, Enrico, è molto gentile ed è disponibile per qualsiasi delucidazione, in qualsiasi momento. Se dovessi tornare a Londra non avrei dubbi su dove alloggiare!

Famiglia composta da due genitori che la gente definisce "giovani", una figlia adolescente ed un bimbo di 4 anni. Soggiorno di una settimana. L'appartamento può sembrare molto piccolo, ma lo spazio è così ben gestito che ogni cosa risulta pratica e semplice come a casa propria. Pulitissimo al nostro ingresso, cucina super accessoriata, fornitissimo in biancheria da bagno, da letto e perfino da cucina. Comodissimi il letto matrimoniale al piano di sopra e anche il divano letto al piano di sotto. Molto centrale la posizione, a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus e a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana, e nonostante questo molto silenzioso e perfetto per il riposo dopo le faticose giornate spese in giro per la meravigliosa Londra. Servitissimo anche per quanto riguarda il cibo: Tesco Express (molto fornito anche per coloro che devono mangiare gluten free, come mio marito) a pochi passi, Marks & Spencer grandissimo a 10 min a piedi o una fermata di metro, molti piacevoli localini per mangiare nella zona. Una menzione particolare la merita Enrico, delizioso ospite, sempre disponibilissimo e super gentile. Anche il mio bimbo di 4 anni, solitamente molto schivo, lo adora! A voi il consiglio di andare assolutamente, a Enrico i più cari saluti e la promessa che ritorneremo!

Enrico has put a lot of thought into the design of this flat and the needs of his guests, we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Coming from a land of single story houses our 2 young boys were amazed by the stairs and loved having their own bedroom upstairs with the skylight to look out of and the 'window' in the floor to see what was going on downstairs! Access to public transport is excellent with a bus stop 2 minutes away and the nearest tube station only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a small Tesco just down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and Enrico was very helpful with the information he provided on sightseeing, directions, transport etc. We look forward to the next time.

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. The location is close to Regent's Park, and walk 5 min to Marylebone Station. There are some supermarket and store nearby, we can get everything we need. The host, Enrico is a very nice and give us so much useful advice for travelling London. I am sure I will recommend this flat to my family and friends.

My husband and 9-year-old daughter had a terrific stay at this flat! The host Enrico has the rare combination of being gracious as well as professional. From our initial contact, he was helpful as well as trustworthy. And once we arrived at the flat, Enrico made us feel very welcomed. Although we are quite self-sufficient, it was nice to know that we could contact him if we had any questions. As for the flat itself, it is new, immaculate, and well-situated. We loved the natural lighting throughout the flat and the gorgeous and roomy bathroom. We concur with a previous reviewer in that we are also impressed with the thought and expertise that Enrico has put into the design and decoration of the flat. While the location is not in central London, the buses that takes one into London is just a two-minute walk away, and the Baker Street tube station is nearby. Lastly, within a very short walking distance of the flat are two excellent and popular restaurants - the Sea Shell of Lisson Grove and Lahore Restaurant. We ended up eating at Lahore 3 times out of the 7 days that we were in London! It is that good! And the fish and chips at the Sea Shell lives up to its reputation! In any case, we highly recommend this rental and would return to it the next time we come back to London. Thank you so much, Enrico, for our lovely stay and we hope to see you again soon!
