We are originally from Sri Lanka now settled in the United Kingdom. As we do have a thorough knowledge of our country ,it is not that difficult to find the best place for a reasonable price .We would highly recommend Vila 7 and most importantly you feel like you are safe like home with all the security they have in place.most importantly the service we had was amazing. We would definitely like to stay again in Vila seven during our next holiday to Sri Lanka and highly recommend for any one who is looking forward to visit this paradise holiday destination.

Great place for your next vacation
We are really happy that we selected VILLA SEVEN for our family vacation during June 11th to June 28th. First of all I want to mention how quickly the management responded for our booking request. Before we selected a place to stay, I emailed couple of other guest houses including VILLA SEVEN. But VILLA SEVEN was the first one to respond within 10 minutes. From that moment I decided to go with VILLA SEVEN and up to now I don’t regret for my quick decision at all.
When we arrived on the 11th Mr. & Mrs. Fernando came to greet us and serve us drinks. It was a very warm welcome. Mr. Fernando gave us a tour inside and outside of the house to make sure we are educated about the house and its amenities.
VILLA SEVEN is located in a very quiet residential area without any disturbances, it is off from the Galle rd but still in an enough distance for all the major supermarkets and all the other necessary shops plus the quality food places such as Pizza hut, dominos and KFC. In addition to those there are so many Sri Lankan style restaurants nearby.
We really like how the house was design and all the high quality material they used to build the house. All the rooms had AC and bathrooms were equipped with hot water. Our kids really love the TV area where they could watch lot of international channels via dialog TV. House had internet and we were able to connect our phones via Wi-Fi. For the security purpose house had CCTV cameras which made us really safe.
The Kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils which were really helpful for my wife to cook us some of our favorite dishes during our stay. House had a washing machine which was very helpful for our washing needs. Due to the time limitation we were not able to use the pool and Jacuzzi, but it is a nice addition to the house who loves an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi.
Security person was really friendly and helpful always. He make sure to open the gate every time we arrive to the guest house. He also make sure everything locked up during the night time for our safety. He was a great help when we want to get something from a nearby store. Without any hesitation he would fulfill our needs.
During our visit I was sick due to a food allergy. When Mr. Fernando found out that I was sick he came to see us with king coconuts. I can’t emphasis more how much hospitality given by the management to their guest.
We would highly recommend this VILLA to our family and friends to spend their holiday at this VILLA in the future. We surely look forward to stay at your Villa during our next trip to Sri Lanka. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Fernando.

Felt like home
I fell in love with the house and also the owners. They were very personable and made sure we were happy and if we needed anything. You are near supermarkets and we were available to cook any time on your own .Everything is there for you.The caretaker took care of us very well .They also have a menu if you choose not to cook and tell her what time to have it ready and she is a lays on time. The area was quiet and surreal.Tv and cable are featured and also a DVD player.It is located outside of Columbo about 35 min.The owners are very nice and imformative.So if you want a place to relax this the place. The pictures you see are the same as in person.It ia a beautiful new house. Fresh mango trees for your treat. I will be returning to this home.It was the perfect place so that I could plan my wedding with no interruption. I look forward to return in a couple months. Thank you Anne

Spacious and relaxing accomodation
My wife and I selected Villa Seven from the Trip Advisor site after viewing details of a number of other properties. We were finally persuaded by the positive comments in previous guest reviews commenting on the quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city although easily accessible from/to Colombo. Although Villa Seven is located in a quiet and tranquil inland area the local towns of Panadura and Moratuwa , the supermarkets, food outlets and the beach are within a few minutes easy reach by taxi or tuk tuk.
The property, 2 storey detached house, is new and maintained in excellent condition. It comprises 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a communal area on the first floor and a covered car parking area at ground level. The garden which is relatively small is well maintained but adequate. The amenities provided are all as described in the Trip Advisor site and we found the quality of furniture fittings and equipment to be of a high standard. The cleanliness of the entire property both internally and externally is excellent. We rented the whole house for our exclusive use so that we could, if necessary, accommodate visiting friends. It was good having the whole house to ourselves. A full time resident caretaker was included in the rental price. It was very good value for money.
The service standards afforded by the gentle, hospitable and very honest owner/manager Anne (and her husband) were exemplary. They often went out of their way to assist in all manner of ways and for providing excellent breakfasts, arranging transport to visit local shops and journeys to Galle and Colombo at very competitive prices. By pre-arrangement they also provided a punctual and courteous pick-up and drop-off service to the airport, or if necessary to and from anywhere in SL.
We will stay again at Villa Seven and recommend it anyone who would appreciate a quite stay away from the city.

Hi Anne
It was a really good location that the house was located. In regards to the shops
located around it was really close too. I had no problems regarding travel. It was easy.
The service was a exceptional that was given to us by you'll in area such as accommodation and food too.Thanks for the warm welcome it was lovely..
Considering surrounding the lovely Panadura beach was really close n the safety for us was 24/7.
It was a precious giving to us from you all given to us.
I would recommend anyone whoever visits Sri Lanka to stay over there as it makes it seem easy for anyone who stays in every way.
