The Lodge is set in beautiful countryside surroundings across the former farmyard from the attractive and historic Rookley Farm House. The accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, one family bathroom, dining room, conservatory, well-equipped kitchen, large sitting room and doors leading to the patio with outdoor dining area.
The swimming pool can be used from June to September and is situated in front of the house with a pool house adjacent with additional shower and wc.
The tennis court is in use all year round and is accessed from the start of the driveway through a gate.
