Abbiamo soggiornato 3 famiglie per 4 notti nel periodo di ferragosto in questa casa. Appartamento sito in un residence molto tranquillo dotato di piscina, barbecue, e posto auto. La casa ha tutto il necessario per garantire il massimo del comfort durante il soggiorno. La distanza dal centro è dal mare è di circa 1 km. Nei dintorni è possibile trovare negozi bar pizzerie e la sera c'è molto movimento. La signora Debra ci ha accolto direi benissimo ed è sempre rimasta a nostra disposizione. Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Un posto davvero incantevole: un appartamento in un piccolo contesto di alcune unità in una posizione appartata, ma non distante dai principali servizi (supermercati, bar, ristoranti e spiaggia), spazioso e comodo, con un ampio terrazzo ombreggiato che si presta per colazione e cena all'aperto e una piscina in cui rinfrescarsi dopo giornate trascorse in visita tra Puglia e Basilicata. Kevin, il proprietario, si è dimostrato molto disponibile nell'assecondare le nostre necessità e Debra, nell'accoglierci, ci ha messi a nostro agio con la sua cordialità e ospitalità

Very relaxing place, apartment with air conditionated (so important this summer!), and the pool....refreshing and fun! Debra was very available for all kind of daily needs and all my family loved that week in Marina di Ginosa! Thanks

Just had another fantastic week at Lina apartments this was my second year there and I will continue to go for many more years. This year there were 4 teenagers and the addition of wifi was a godsend. The place is so peaceful and charming that you fully re-charge your batteries with a week of peace and indulgent eating. Locals are very kind and willing to help when you try to speak Italian to them. This year we ventured a little further using public transport and had no problems travelling to neibouring towns. The transfers from the airport are fabulous if like me you don' t want to drive abroad.. Not driving is not a setback there as the apartment pool is fab and the beach,supermarket, restaurant and cafe bars are only a 10 minute stroll away. Absolutely fabulous place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My family and I just returned from a perfect holiday at Lina apartments. After arriving late to the apartments due to a delayed flight we were surprisingly greeted by a welcome package provided by the owners with local cheese, bread and even a fresh bottle of water. This thoughtful gesture made us feel right at home and helped us get straight into the holiday spirit! The apartment was beautiful, clean and welcoming, it had everything we needed. The two balconies were perfect to catch the sun and relax while eating lunch. The swimming pool kept the children entertained and we could keep a watchful eye relaxing on the sun loungers provided. Marina di ginosa is an ideal holiday location and provides a true Southern Italy experience. Although many of the waiters in local bars and restaurants had very little English they were extremely friendly and happy to help us order in our very (very) limited Italian. There are a range of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from all offering authentic Italian food at extremely reasonable prices! On the evenings the atmosphere in the town was great, lots of different things going on and a range of people walking around with their friends and family. Overall my family and I have returned home relaxed, rested and already looking forward to our return to Lina apartments next summer.

Our holiday here was everything we were looking for! The apartment was pristine with every facility we could wish for. Front and back balconies were handy, whether we were sun-seeking or just wanted to sit in the shade with the sea breeze for an afternoon siesta. The pool was a great benefit was kept clean – this was perfect for a refreshing swim in the morning if you had drank and ate a little too much the night before. We were about a 5/10 min walk from the beautiful beach and restaurants where we found the locals so friendly and patient as we tried to pick up the language when ordering food and drink. The owners have left a welcome pack with information of what's local, places to see, restaurants and even a translated menu for those you can't read Italian. The apartment is situated perfectly in the middle of a number of key places to see around Puglia for the travelling sightseeing-types. Our favourite was the stunning Alberobello where we visited the trulli houses and stopped for an afternoon drink. This place was a true haven, something different to your standard package holiday where time is yours and yours only. We felt well rested, refreshed and we are looking forward to booking again for this summer. Thank you!
