The apartment is very spacious and super clean, with nice balcony. Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances you can think of. Owner Drazen, who lives downstairs, is a super-host; we were welcomed with home made drinks and delicacies. He also gave us nice tips for restaurants nearby. Garden with private pool and gazebo is lovely, very clean and there are sufficient sunbeds and umbrella. Private parking for car. Location of the apartment is not far from supermarkets, beach and Split but you will need a car. We very much enjoyed our excellent stay with Drazen and would love to come back!

Excellent séjour!!!
Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, avec terrasse donnant sur l'agréable piscine et belle vue sur la campagne et les montagnes.
Au calme et proche des commerces, de la mer et de Split. Toutefois un véhicule est indispensable.
Un énorme merci à Drazen et ses parents pour leur accueil si chaleureux.
Nous avons été reçus de manière exceptionnelle, Drazen se préoccupe beaucoup du bien être de ses hôtes.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt.

A warm and sincere welcome from the amazingly friendly hosts made for a special family holiday. We spent two weeks in this well-appointed and spotlessly clean apartment, using it as a base from which to explore the local area. Thank you Drazen, Teresa and Antonio for making our visit to Croatia so special!

Very nice place
++ large apartment (clean & very well equipped, nice terrasse with view on the pool), warm welcome from Drazen & his family, nice smimming pool, large garden, calm.
+- need a car to join Strobec beach, shops and Spilt old town.

5* for very good reasons!
Excellant apartment which is on the second floor of the family home of the owner. The apartment has everything you need and is well looked after and clean. The towels were resupplied and bins were emptied by the owner during our week, which was an unexpected bonus. The pool is immaculate and cleaned everyday. The pictures do not do it justice. Drazen and his family looked after us very well and were very generous with there help and time if we had a question, whilst not intruding on our family time. They even provided us with some homemade drinks wine and liquires, fruit and vegetables from there VAST and well cared for garden that you cant see in the pictures. The best part of the week was having a BBQ with some family that were over. Drazen and his family helped set up the BBQ for us, set the outdoor table, supplied extra food for our children and some snacks for around the pool during the day. As hosts you could not ask for better!
You will need a car if you stay at this apartment but there is off the road parking for your vehicle. The location of the apartment is very quiet and safe. The roads in Croatia are better to drive on than most places in Europe.
Omis, Trogir, Podstrana (old and new) and Split are great places to visit whilst you stay here (all within a 40min drive). There is a small shop at the end of the street, but larger supermarkets are everywhere so it is easy to obtain food. Stobrec is 3km away and has many restaurants (Restaurant Struja is one i would recommend). The beach front is very shallow here but there is good swimming and snorkling further out and a lot can be hired to keep your interested.
We will definately come back to this apartment in the future.

very clean and spacious apartment with great pool
Great location for exploring the area (you will need a car) - if you don't want to stay in a really touristy area this will be perfect for you. The top floor apartment is spacious and well equipped - and the host and his family who all live below couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. Nearby beaches do get very busy - if you prefer quieter more secluded beaches head to the Island of Brac. Highly recommended!

Excellent, modern and stylish apartment in quiet surroundings with transport and amenities close by.
Just back from our holiday to Stobrec and would like to thank Drazen and his parents Teresa and Antonio for making our stay a wonderful and memorable experience.
Due to a date issue on our part we were in Stobrec a day earlier. We asked Drazen if he knew of someplace where we could spend the night. Since nothing was available at such short notice Drazen invited us to stay the night at his family home which he shared with his parents.
Drazen had very kindly offered to pick us up from Dubrovnik for a nominal fee and we had arranged to drop our bags off at his place and go into town. On arrival we were given a warm welcome by Teresa and Antonio, who insisted we have lunch which they had loving prepared. We had the most delicious meal that afternoon followed by homemade wine, cherry juice, figs and grapes freshly picked from the garden. I could not think of a friendlier and warm family anywhere who not only opened their doors to total strangers but also their hearts.
Drazen then gave us a lift into Split where we spent an amazing evening and picked us up at night and made arrangements for us to use the bedrooms on the first floor while he and his family used the bedrooms on the ground floor.
We moved into Apartment Mihanovic the next morning but not before having another delicious breakfast laid out by Teresa and Antonio.
Apartment Mihanovic was an extremely spacious, clean and a perfect accommodation for our stay. The views are peaceful and stunning at the same time. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and the residents friendly. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a bus stop all within a 5 minute walking distance. We took the bus to visit Split and the local beaches.
I would very much recommend arranging in advance, sightseeing tours, airport drop and pick up with Drazen, which we did. He is a very safe driver, knowledgeable and very proud of his Croatian roots. He charges in Euros and I found his rates reasonable.
It was soon time to say good bye. We left Stobrec not only with gifts of rosemary, lavender and figs from the family but also beautiful memories and friends. Thank you Drazen, Teresa and Antonio. We definitely hope to come back some day.

Kurzurlaub in Kroatien
Super Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter rundum ist diese Wohnung zu empfehlen. Selbst bei der Ankunft geg. 23:00 Uhr (wir sind erst 3 Stunden später als geplant mit dem Auto angekommen) ist der Vermieter uns noch, mit dem Auto, entgegengekommen weil wir die Wohnung im Dunkeln nicht gefunden hätten. Ansonsten, Umgebung ist toll und es gibt viel zu entdecken.

Beautiful apartment and a quiet location with great views
The apartment is just perfect,The group consisted of me my girlfriend and son who turned 2 on the holiday. With plenty of space. Everything is clean and very well decorated, and the location of the apartment is close enough from Split and if you want to go to the beach the camp site in Stobrec is less then 5 minutes in the car. Drazen and his parents are adorable and made our stay memorable Thankyou for the figs Teresa . If you go to Split, don't hesitate, stay at Drazen's apartment with all local shops and bakery's within a 5 minute drive and a massive shopping center only 10 minutes drive with free kids play area and a wide variety of shops food courts and GO KARTS (next time defo) split is a 15 minute drive to the docks. A very big thank you to Drazen and his parents for making our stay memorable. Thank you again!
P.S try Struja restaurant next to the small shop opposite the beach.

Perfection!!!
If you go to Split, don't hesitate, stay at Drazen's! The appartment is just perfect, we were 4 adults and there was enought space, everything is clean and very well decorated, the situation of the house is just far enough from the noise but close enough from Stobrec and Split. Drazen and his parents are adorable and made our stay memorable. Thank you again!
