Pure Magic world class
Location Location Location, by far the best sunsets we have seen in our life. it was pure magic spending every evening in the pool watching the sun set with a refreshing drink in the hand. The villa is a masterpiece of luxury, and the staff there was super attentive and catered for all of our needs. when we wanted privacy, the staff somehow was nowhere to be seen but when needed the popped up of the thin air pure magic. spend a full week there with 3 families with children aged from 7 to 16 and all had the best time of their life.

Holiday of a lifetime
Can't recommend Pure Shores Villa, Dean, Marcelle and the team highly enough. We just had the best week ever with friends and family. The kids loved the pool and snorkelling in the sea. The adults loved the rooms and the attached restaurant, but most of all the sea views. We were treated to beautiful sunsets, a rainbow, shooting stars and even a moonset one evening. If you are feeling lazy you can just relax and soak up the relaxing atmosphere at the villa or if you want to explore Bohol and its myriad of attractions there is a driver and van at the Villa. Reigan was super safe and knew his way around the Chocolate Hills and nearby waterfalls well. This was the best holiday we have had with the kids and we are already planning and saving for our next trip to Pure Shores. Thanks Dean and Marcelle for making our stay so memorable.

MAJESTIC VIEW
Pureshores villa made me realize how beautiful the world is. As we stayed there for about 5 days the accommodations and service was great. I can truly recommend this place for your future staycation in Bohol.

What an amazing place to relax!
We visited in July 23 for a week, and I can’t wait to go back! This has to be the most relaxing and luxurious holiday I’ve ever had. Simply the ideal place to chill out, relax, unwind and do as little or as much as you want to! The location is quiet and relaxing, but with lots places to go nearby if we wanted a more lively atmosphere. The driver - provided by the Villa - collected us from the airport. When we arrived at Pure Shores Villa the welcome from May, the property manager, and her staff was warm, friendly and sincere. We couldn’t help but be taken aback by the luxury surroundings. The Villa, the gardens, the pool, the view, the cabana, the dining area and bar, and lots of other hidden gems, which were all finished to a very high standard, comfortable and inviting. After a short tour of the property, we were given the choice of ANY of the bedrooms we liked! The quality and comfort in all of the rooms was first class. The views from the outdoor verandah, and from the room itself were stunning. The beautiful (warm) infinity pool, and whirlpool are fabulous and a great place to watch the sun go down with a beer or a cocktail! The sunbeds and the loungers in the cabana were very comfortable and a great place to take advantage of the bar service! In July it was hot and humid at times, but there are an abundance of fans to keep you cool, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in all rooms throughout the Villa. The dining experience was fabulous, with a wide voice of local and global food choices, freshly prepared in front of you by the excellent chef. Food orders were taken in advance by May, and everything was sourced on the day so it was as fresh as it could possibly be! The staff were always very respectful of our privacy, yet attentive when we needed them to be. Everything was done with a smile! Even the masseur - which was organised on request by the Villa - was exceptional. The waiting staff, maintenance, house-keeping, drivers, gardeners and security staff were polite and respectful at all times. A very special mention for May, who organised everything with apparent ease and professionalism, and to the owners, Dean, Marcelle and Finn for making the whole trip one to remember for a lifetime! Dean and Marcelle were invaluable in advising us on excursions and local places to try, which we would probably never have found ourselves! I can highly recommend Pure Shores Villa to anyone looking for a tropical paradise, chill out and do nothing kind of place, with weather and total luxury. Oh, and check out the stairway to the ocean, which we loved!

A must have vacation
We stayed there for 5 days. Everything was magical, the villa, the pool, and especially the view. The view was breathtaking. It was really a must have vacation in this place.

Wonderful luxurious and relaxing vacation
In March 23 we were able to spend one of the most relaxing and luxurious vacation you can ever imagine. We are a group of 5 people around 60 years old and our son who is 25 years and sitting in a wheelchair. The villa is located in a quiet surrounding, away from the trouble in Panglao. We were picked up at the Airport and had an easy 2-hour ride to the villa. Arriving at Pure Shores Villa you find the building in an extraordinary well maintained condition. Everything is build in a high-quality way, no cheap materials. All the existing equipment is working very well, and we also had a stable Wifi-connection, which was easy to connect with. The views over the warm pool, including a whirlpool are magnificent and the sunset is awesome. We enjoyed the comfortable sunbeds and the lounges in the cabana, where you always can find a nice breeze. Eating and dining in the villa is a wonderful experience. You can choose from a wide variety of meals and dishes and they are freshly cooked to your order. We especially enjoyed the Philippine meals. Having a handicapped son we were happy to have a bedroom on the ground floor with an almost wheelchair accessible outdoor-shower with only one step. The employees were always very helpful lifting our son in or out of the pool. Here the lifeguard has to be named, as well as the waiter who was also very caring. Not to forget the other staff, taking care of the house, the bedrooms and everything else. A very special thanks goes to May, who was always around and coordinating everything. She was extremely helpful in getting my wife some contact-lenses and some brand new motorbikes for us to explore the island. It was always easy to get into contact with our host Dean. He quickly replied to all our enquiries, was helpful and extremely kind, even inviting us to some drinks. The final payment before departure was well organized and handled via credit card without any problems. To put it in a nutshell, we can say that we feel like having spent this vacation in heaven and we can recommend Pue Shores Villa to any guest who wants to experience some calm and relaxing holidays in a luxurious atmosphere and a beautiful surrounding. A GREAT HOLIDAY LOCATION
My first visit to the Philippines & the island of Bohol was the perfect location. Pure Shores Villa is everything the photos & reviews claim it is. It was the ideal spot to chill out & recharge the batteries. The villa was well appointed, with beautiful furnishings throughout, it oozes luxury! We had the most perfect weather so spent the majority of our stay out in the grounds. The infinity pool & spa was ideal temperature & we spent many hours in there, always finishing the day with a large choice of sunset beverages served by the lovely staff. The poolside cabana was great for lounging around & playing some games & also where the manager organized for our rejuvenating massages, complete with the picturesque backdrop of the Bohol Sea. The staff were very attentive & thanks also goes to the chef & his kitchen crew for the lovely selections of meals provided. I certainly hope we can return for another holiday in the future.

Pure Shores Villa, Pure Bliss
Pure Shores Villa, Pure Bliss Perched on the cliff overlooking the Bohol Sea, Pure Shores Villa is just the pure depiction of bliss. The villa is located in a secluded area of Guindulman, accessible within a two-hour drive via a scenic coastal route from Tagbilaran airport. Pure View: We were fortunate with the weather in mid-October. Blue sky with soft clouds said hello in the morning, and breathtaking sunsets prompted timely for our wine o'clock. The marine life around the villa is stunning. It is easily accessible through the stairway down from the estate: the crystal clear water houses beautiful corals, sea turtles, and colourful fish. Pure Hospitality: From the moment we walked in until we bid farewell, the staff always greeted us with excellent service and beautiful smiles. The kitchen staff remembered the unique coffee style that one would have before and after the meal and the individual preferred water temperature. The sliding doors around the house were always opened every morning to welcome the sunrise and fresh air. The same doors and curtains were closed, and the lights were turned on to prompt our rest time. The towels around the pool were always fresh. Pure Delicious: Fabulous meals with the freshest ingredients were cooked to order. Our most challenging job during our one-week stay was to decide what we wanted to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner because we wanted them all. Must-try dishes: Kinilaw (like Ceviche), Pork Humba (tender pork, salted black beans, and an assortment of spices), Tap/Bangsilok (beef/milkfish, garlic rice, egg), Sinigang (tamarind soup with the protein of your choice), Kalamansi Crumble, Mango Float, Buko Salad (gentle warning; it is a fruit cocktail made from shredded coconut with condensed milk suitable more for desert instead of your usual salad). Obviously, you should not leave the place before trying the Boodle Fight. It is a culinary experience where dishes are served on top of banana leaves and communally eaten. Cutlery required is your clean fingers. Don't worry; the food was so generously prepared that no one had to fight to get their beautifully grilled fish, squid filled with mango salsa, roasted pork, noodle, rice and, of course, the grilled aubergine - the star of the fight show. Stop it. We are drooling. Pure Fun: Dean organised excellent excursions. We explored the village life around the Loboc River. We did a stand-up paddleboard and watched fireflies on the Loboc River. The second excursion was all about the size. First, we snorkelled around the gentle giants; Whale Sharks! Amazing! Then, we encountered one of the smallest primates; Tarsiers. We closed the day by climbing the viewpoint at the Chocolate Hills and holding on to our lives whilst riding on rough, stony, muddy and extremely wet terrain around the hills in our ATVs. Pure Haven: The villa is visually stunning both inside and out. We love the gorgeous stairs leading to our bedroom on the second floor. We adore all the reading nooks. At one point, we set an hourly timer to ensure we kept moving from one reading spot to another. We spent a lot of time in its infinity pool and jacuzzi whilst gazing at the ocean, well-manicured garden and the stars. Last, we took pleasure in their yoga shala. What a marvellous experience to practice our yoga whilst looking at the stunning ocean. Namaste, Dean, Marcelle, Finn and all the Pure Shores Villa staff. We had a magnificent time. We will certainly return and highly recommend this exquisite estate for true bliss.

LUXURIOUS PRIVATE VILLA THAT CAN HOST YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY OR LARGE GROUP OF FRIENDS
Just spent a blissful week in this amazing piece of paradise. Our first overseas holiday post Covid. We travelled from Western Australia for a family catch up at the Villa. As soon as we entered the property through the ornate gates & into lush, neatly manicured grounds, we were immersed in the tranquility of this place. Friendly staff met us with their signature Welcome Drink & cooling face towels which was refreshing after a day spent travelling. We stayed in Room 5, separate from the main house & under the cabana area. The room was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, had a very comfy bed but best of all was our views over the water. We went to sleep with the curtains open & it was so peacefully quiet. There was the occasional hum of a local’s fishing boat going through the sanctuary, a few fireflies glowing in the night’s blackness & some twinkling lights across the bay. Waking up to beautiful views of the sun glistening on the water is so magical. Our private little balcony overlooking the sea was the perfect backdrop for a few relaxing holiday massages. We experienced therapists to pamper with pedicures, massages & even a session with a healer all at incredibly reasonable prices. I want to praise May who is the House Manager. She was fun, friendly, spoke very good English & catered to our every need. I was lucky enough to accompany her on one of her daily market trips to get the fresh produce which was a buzz. The entire staff were very attentive to anything we needed. It’s difficult to fault the food other than portion sizes being a little too large, especially when you want to order dessert as well! Chef Mel & his team provided meals of a high standard with the freshest of seafood selections & many delicious dishes to choose from. He was happy to cater to our various requests both on & off the menu. Experiencing the Philippine ‘Boodle Fight’ was an awesome cultural experience for us. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay is right there at the Villa. Uninterrupted ocean views from the clifftop provide amazing sunset drinks in the infinity pool, plenty of fun lawn games for the little kids (& competitive adults) & venture down the steps where you can snorkel with ease in the safety of the protected marine sanctuary. If you decide to venture past the front gates there is just so much to see & do around beautiful Bohol. We took a few day tours to explore the culture & countryside but there’s still so much more to experience. Thanks to the owner Dean for organizing some epic days out with comfortable vans & safe drivers. Our highlights would definitely include swimming with whale sharks (a must do), riding ATVs, Stand-Up Paddleboards & Village tours, seeing the fireflies phenomenon & visiting secluded pristine beaches. Thank you for an amazing, memorable holiday.
