Turtle Creek Inn is a quiet island retreat in a country setting located on the island of Little Exuma in the Bahamas. With only three studio apartments, the Inn is private and uncrowded. Our Oceanview Studio is a bright and airy upstairs unit with commanding views of the surrounding waters and countryside. It offers a nicely appointed kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, two-burner cook top, coffee maker and a dining table for two. Casual dinnerware as well as fine china, stainless cook ware and a full selection of utensils are provided. We make our own water with a reverse osmosis system that produces sweet and very palatable drinking water from the tap. Sleeping can be situated as a king bed or two singles. The Inn is comprised of nearly 2 acres of lush native foliage, gardens, fruit trees and flowers that attract a wide array of birds and butterflies. Our waterfront is along a sweet little tidal creek with a dock for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Lined pathways invite you to explore! We are located in a quaint settlement known as The Ferry, from the days before construction of the bridge which now connects Little Exuma to the island of Great Exuma. Within walking distance is Triple K Convenience Food and Liquor Mart. Hamburgers and sandwiches are available from Jean, next door to the Inn. Only about 12 households are in The Ferry. It is a very quiet and safe area. You may wish to take advantage of our hospitality and select an all inclusive package that will supply you with studio, all meals (deliciously prepared at the inn plus some meals at our favorite restaurants), all activities and taxi service to and from the airport. The activities available include world class kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, boating, and beach excursions. The all-inclusive rate is a per person charge for 7 days/6nights. $1500

A little gem on Little Exuma, Bahamas
Spent August 18-25, 2019 at Turtle Creek Inn by the Sea with my friend Susan. Owners Ronda and Steve Cox made it special with their great meals and beach and kayak excursions. They are familiar with all the best beach and snorkel spots and kayak routes and eager to share their love of Little Exuma with guests. We opted for the all-inclusive package which was well worth the price since we were unfamiliar with Little Exuma and would have been lost as to where to go. With the all inclusive package we were transported to and from the airport, taken to town for shopping, accompanied to the best beaches and taken on kayak excursions in the beautiful, clear waters of the Exumas. It's a quiet, relaxing location in a natural setting. There was no set schedule, activities were planned around your interests and the time and tides. The property is surrounded by bright, colorful flowers and is visited by more hummingbirds than I've ever seen before. The twin guest room was very clean, attractively decorated and well equipped with a refrigerator, twin hot plate, toaster oven and coffee maker. It had a small deck especially suited for star gazing at night...but the best part is the attention of the warm and friendly owners and hosts, Ronda and Steve.

Snorkeling
I had the pleasure of staying at the Turtle Creek Inn by the Sea, Little Exuma, Bahamas, August 18-25, 2019, with my friend Jean. We signed up for the all-inclusive package and I strongly recommend it. With the all-inclusive we did not need to rent a car as Steve and Ronda, the owners, picked us up at the airport, returned us to the airport and took us to several beaches and shopping if we needed to go. Also did all the meal planning and cooking. The owners, Steve and Ronda, are very knowledgeable about the area, waters, wildlife, marine life, local plants, vegetables and fruit. Also excellent cooks. The studio with kitchenette was very clean, freshly decorated with tropical colors and had AC. During my stay I did some kayaking, boating, snorkeling and beaching. They also offered SUP, but not my thing. The kayaking and SUP can be done from their back yard. The water there is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Turtle Creek Inn by the Sea and hope to return next year.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
We did the all inclusive. Both Ronda and Steve are great cooks so every meal was tasty. We went kayaking to the most beautiful secluded spots. We went snorkling to the best reefs. There was as much activity as you wanted everyday. We slept well in the comfort of our air conditioned room. This was a great trip. We will be back!
