We stayed in this hotel for the entire week. The appartment had good facilities, kitchen in which you can cook, hangers, fridge, outside sitting area, which was great. The price is also very pleasant. The helpful owner (speaks italian, spanish, english) will give you tips and information about the area. He also provided the luggage storage when we came earlier, which was great. You can pay in MEX, USD, EUR, he doesn't really mind, cards are not accepted. Good cleanliness. Ideal location near Benito Juarez street and basically between the private beaches of Playacar (recommended!!!) and public beach (not that good). Very good internet connection (probably the strongest wifi of our entire trip in Mexico). The issue is, that the appartment has no barrier in the window, so window is basically a hole with the mosquito net, so you hear all the noises from the street, and there are MANY noises that will wake you up at night. Neighbours slamming the car's door, locking the car (which weirdly enough, makes clackson sounds), their children screaming in the morning, trucks at night, busses.... really, window would be much appreciated and would have allowed us to have some sleep. Fortunately, the A/C is quite loud, so it helps you to sleep and not get all the outside noise. It is ok for two or three nights as the price is really good. We still recommend it.
