siamo stati in vacanza quest'estate ,abbiamo prenotato qui su tripadvisor e voglio dire che le foto non rispecchiano la realtà ! perchè dal vivo è ancora più bello l'appartamento che abbiamo prenotato ! ultra accessoriato con tutti i servizi possibili ed inimmaginabili addiritura l'asciugacapelli! e poi la piscina davvero bello e da dire veramente pulitissima ci siamo trovati davvero bene grazie

Playa del Carmen is the perfect city for a vacation in paradise. The complex was centrally located in the hub of the city which provided us with easy access to 5th Avenue, the beach and grocery shopping at the Mega. The complex was very clean and well maintained with private swimming facilities shared with the other condo residents. Our particular condo was probably the most unmaintained there because it was the only one with out screens on patio doors. We were unable to get a strong signal on the wi-fi and had to hook up with condo below us. We were unable to use the TV because of a weak signal all week. The drawers in the kitchen fell out when we pulled them out. The sleeping facilities were very nice though.

En general el departamento está muy buenas condiciones, muy limpio y cerca de todo. Lo malo fue que a la llegada nos informaron que había una cuota de $110 dolares que teníamos que pagar por hacer check in aparte de la renta ya pagada meses antes y del importe del déposito, lo cual nos causo mucha molestia ya que no nos avisaron de eso, de lo contrario se hubiera buscado otras opciones. Los vecinos son muy molestos, ya que un día a las 9.30 pm de la noche nos mandaron a guardar silencio, cuando sólo estabamos hablando en los balcones, sin musica ni gritando.

Impecable sorpresa, es la experiencia del Pure Mare Azul como lugar de estadía accesible -enmarcado en lo natural,.. histórico ...civilizatorio maya junto a la explosión natural del caribe mexicano. Grandes espacios, verdes, una cultura del agua envolvente entre el mar turquesa, y las piscinas extensas, junto al toque de diseño y confort de apartamentos excelentemente distribuidos, con servicios de nivel mundial- acceso a la playa y servicio de desayuno . El espíritu, no encerrarte en un todo incluido, todo programado y auto gestionar el día a día. Accesible para grupos familiares, continente en seguridad, deseable como experiencia.

This condo is fantastic, lighting and clean, with every convenience. Located on the 2nd floor, has a very spacious balcony on each of the two bedrooms and a bigger balcony with table and chairs facing the swimming pool. Kitchen was full equipped. Fast wi-fi and cable TV with lots of international channels. As we stayed for two weeks, iron and a modern laundry with dryer was much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, and ac worked great and it is independent for each room We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and relaxed evenings on the balcony hammock.Location is the best... walking distance to 5th ave.and sandy beaches, with no noise concerns. 24 hours private security on the facility (Eliseo was extremely helpful during our stay) Vimex team was also very supportive (we disconnect by mistake the internet and they came in less than one hour to fix it) Many shops nearby, from small stores to Wal-Mart. There are many restaurants nearby (If you want real mexican food, we recommend Los aguachiles) a restaurant one block away. We would definitively recommend it and look forward for staying again soon!

Had an excellent stay in this condo located in the 2nd floor of modern complex. Condo was very clean, well equipped and modern overlooking. Only the dish-washer would be welcomed. Rooms and balconies are large and spacious. Condo has its own parking lot (visible from balcony) - therefore absolutely no problem with parking. There is really enough to do in PDC and Yucatan - so the car rental is good option for the vacation! We got excellent service on place. Overall rating - great value for the money!
