Ho trascorso 2 settimane a Playa del Carmen con mia cugina e ci siamo divertite in sacco. La posizione è eccellente, ci si arriva facilmente ed é in una zona sicura e centrale. Abbiamo adorato questo appartamento, luminoso, ventilato e tranquillo. Al Top pulizia e connessione Wifi!! Ottime le raccomandazioni dei proprietari che sempre sono stati super disponibili. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Una delle migliori Casa Vacanza in cui ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare. Ho fatto una prenotazione last minute e sono stata accolta con la totale disponibilità fin da subito. La Casa è bella e tutto è davvero molto curato, ben decorato e soprattutto pulitissimo! Si nota che i proprietari "amano la loro Casa". La locazione è intelligente, il posto è rilassante e sicuro, pieno di vita e di colori. L' ospitalità è insuperabile poiché Matteo e Sabina ci hanno fornito un sacco di utilissime indicazioni e "dritte" che ad un visitatore sono davvero d'aiuto nonché un fantastico frigo bar fornitissimo così come la cucina e il bagno fornito di ogni minima utilità. La consiglio vivamente !!!

Eccellente!!! Ho soggiornato qui per 20 gg, ottima posizione, locali puliti che sembrano nuovi. Gli appartamenti sono molto accoglienti e spaziosi con tutto il necessario per passare un ottima vacanza. Il giardino è molto curato e sembra una piccola oasi del relax. Staff super disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e necessità, molto cordiale ti aiutano a valutare le escursione più adatte al tuo tipo di vacanze, molto apprezzato. Super consigliatissimo.

Me encanta Casa Mi Playa!! Me he quedado más de tres veces y siempre regreso!! Sabina y Matteo son un encanto y siempre súper serviciales al pendiente de todo! Los departamentos están nuevos, muy lindos, amplios, súper limpios y excelente ubicación muy cerca de la 5a Ave y la playa!

Quando vado in vacanza in qualche parte del mondo spero sempre di trovarmi bene in un alloggio confortevole, pulito, in posizione ottimale e magari avere la sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Ecco tutto questo è quello che ho trovato a Casa Mi Playa da Sabina e Matteo. Un edificio di recente costruzione dove nulla è stato lasciato al caso. Curato nei minimi particolari rispettando tutti i canoni dell'ospitalità. Casa Mi Playa è ubicata in un posto strategico e dove puoi vivere la vera vita messicana ed allo stesso tempo essere al centro della vita di mare ed alla movida messicana. Mi sento, senza alcun dubbio, di consigliare Casa Mi Playa a chiunque volesse fare una vera esperienza vacanziera in Messico. Per concludere un grande grazie a Sabina e Matteo per la loro disponibilità a 360°. ULTRA RACCOMANDATA

Excelent! Wonderful! Not only the apartment is impeccably clean and well furnished but Sabina and Matteo are amazing hosts!! It was a home away from home! Internet works perfect, outdoor space cozy and romantic, easy access to food places and the famous 5th Avenue and safe to walk at any time. We loved our stay here and we will definitely come back!!

200% recomendable! Hemos pasado 2 noches. La ubicación nos encantó, ya que se haya en una zona muy tranquila pero al mismo tiempo puedes ir andando a la 5th avenida. El apartamento super limpio, moderno y con mucho estilo. Tiene una terraza/patio exterior amplia y muy agradable para relajarte, incluso tomar desayuno. donde puedes El apartamento esta equipado al detalle. Y que decir de Sabina y Mateo, 2 personas encantadoras, super disponibles y muy amables. Hacen que te sientas en casa :) nos dio mucha pena dejar el apartamento, pero repetiremos sin duda! Gracias Sabina y Mateo!

El departamento es mejor que las fotos!!Muy lindo y limpio. Cercano a la playa y restaurantes pero sin el ruido excesivo de los bares, por lo que sé puede descansar sin ningún problema. Matteo y Sabina son excelentes anfitriones y extraordinarias personas; estuvieron siempre al pendiente de lo que pudiésemos necesitar. Sin duda me alojaría ahí nuevamente.

Matteo y Sabina son excelentes hosts. Desde nuestra llegada nos tenian bebidas y snacks. El departamento está bien ubicado lejos del ruido de la 5ta. Tiene todo lo necesario, no nos faltó nada, cocina equipada, cama muy cómoda, regadera amplia y un balcón bonito. Nos recomendaron playas, restaurantes, bares, tours y de más, incluso se encargaron de reservar nuestros lugares en un tour. A nuestra partida nos pidieron un taxi y vinieron a despedirnos y eso que nuestro vuelo fue muy temprano en la mañana. Volveremos seguro y recomendamos este airbnb!!

Wow, where do I start? I have so many good things to say. First I must say this was really an exceptional place for a long term stay in Playa. My boyfriend and I stayed for a month. Honestly it cost a bit more than our initial thoughts on how much we wanted to pay for a month of rent in a fully furnished secure place with a kitchen, and good wifi, but in the end it was MORE than worth it. I would highly recommend this place even if it's more than you are thinking of paying, due to all the benefits that you simply would not get elsewhere on a short-term or long-term basis. Matteo was very accessible and he provided great local tips, including prices of how much it should cost in pesos so we don't get ripped off. He even vetted our taxi driver so we would know we were in a legit cab. The little things: the fridge had drinks and snacks in it, including coffee, when we arrived. The bed was comfy and the place was cozy, it felt like home. The suite, building and courtyard are all thoughtfully decorated with a lot of love. Matteo and Sabina are warm and personable, seeking to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The neighborhood does look "intimidating" with the dilapidated houses and dirty streets but once you got over the neighborhood aesthetics, we found the neighbors to be friendly, and it was quiet at night. We walked around in the evening especially down CTM Ave. when it was dark and we didn't have any problems. Matteo and Sabina's place is the nicest on the block and in the area. Both 5th Ave and the beach are close by. This is a good location if you enjoy walking and the outdoors- you can walk for hours down the beach. It was easy to text to request a cab which we did also when we had to go grocery shopping at Walmart or to catch the ferry to Cozumel. I highly, highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again and I would recommend that my friends stay here also. It was a great central location to take weekend trips to explore Cancun, Isle Holbox, Isle Mujeres, Cozumel and Tulum.
