VERY GOOD!
David's apartment was VERY clean, and spacious! Kitchen is complete and bathrooms are really very clean! Sleep quality was awesome, without much noises from outside, and the beds & blankets were comfortable.
Besides, David has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even before we arrive. Will definitely come back and stay again!
Ps : Wifi was very good also! TV with astro provided.

Fantastic place sadly noisy from outside
David is the nicest man we have met on our four month travels. Kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotless and secure. Sadly we were in room 10 which backs on to a motor bike parking area and a lift which made for a very noisy night so we only slept from1230 - 5 each night. If you stay in any of the other rooms it would be perfect.

Comfortable stay!
The appartment is really nice to stay in! It has a bathroom with hot water, a place to boil water and a comfortable bed. When booking the room there was some confusion from my side. I thought I booked the whole appartment, but had only booked one room, but the owner was really nice and offered us an extra room! Great service! The location is very central and shops and restaurants are easy to reach and it is also close to several hiking tracks. In the evening and the morning it can be a bit noizy, but I guess that's also dependend on if you are there around holiday time.

Nice stay
David was very helpful. IT was no problem to change from a windowless room to an Apartment. Everything was clean and the recommendations for the Jungle Walk had been very helpful.

Noisy surrounding but good owner
Owner is friendly and helpful, but the place get noisy at night and the water flowing sounds from the restroom were too loud! There were a few times that i get woke up from the sound. Shower is cold too even after adjusting it to maximum hotness. Not very pleased with the stay.

We apologize that we could not meet your expectation regarding the event noise issue due to a wedding function was going on nearby on the day. However, we couldn't make an arrangement to change a room for you because our hotel rooms are all located at ground floor.
Besides that, thank you for letting us know regarding to the plumbing noise, we have been following up with the issue as long as it is within our control.
In addition, adjusting the shower water temperature is really about limiting the shower handle "throw" to regulate the maximum flow of hot water. If you decrease the flow of water instead of setting it to maximum flow of water, you would have enough hot water.
We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again.

Schönes Apartment zu gutem Preis
Waren hier 2 Nächte zu Gast.
Die Unterkunft war etwas schwer zu finden, da sie sich in einem großen Wohnhaus befindet und als solches nicht gleich zu erkennen ist.
David gab uns das Apartment im 4. OG. Hier war reichlich Platz und die Aussicht nett.
Einziges Manko, die Dusche wurde nicht richtig warm. Was in dieser Gegend doch unangenehm werden kann.
David gab uns einige gute Ratschläge bzgl Unternehmung in der Gegend.
Zu Fuß sind es etwa 10min in den Innenstadtbereich.

Stinky Place - Just don't book !!!!
We booked for one night, the room was stinky and had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheet were marked and dirty.

Für eine Nacht okay
Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war es sehr modrig und schimmelig für eine Nacht geht es für mehre würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
