I was there one week ，felt very safe and comfortable!!! The place is very clean and I had all the privacy and space. the beach is one block from the house in the community. Very private beach ! Mika is very kind and helpful! I am very appreciated she was there with me when the tire bumped. I called her she came right away and with me when I needed her. To start with, my wife and I were reluctant initially to rent a place next to the owner's house because the reason we stay away from resorts is a love for privacy. Needless to say, I think I saw owners three times in two weeks. Mika gave us all the time we needed just for ourselves. It is perfect size for two people, with all essentials and amenities for perfect relaxing vacation. Plus wifi is quite strong. Location is awesome, couple minutes walking or driving to the portion of the beach that is not crowded at all. At times we enjoy 2 mile walk by the beach to resort areas. Plenty was said by all other reviewers, not much to add. Thank you Mika for your hospitality! Something that has nothing to do with the cottage, unless you plan to stay close to resort area, choose a car with a good ground clearance or better, SUV; roads on TCI are in bad shape.

The house is not far from Leeward beach, which is as nice as Grace Bay but with less people there. In the bathroom were enough towels, a hair dryer and even a bathtub. The kitchen was equipped with everything, except a baking oven and a dishwasher, but it's no problem to cook and eat there. The air-conditioner worked excellent and the private pool is a big plus. Guest host Mika was friendly and came over to greet us. We could also contact her, when we had questions. We missed nothing and can recommend the house!

My wife and I stayed at Mika place for 12 days and 11 nights , the place was clean and in a great safe location. Mika answered her messages promptly and she did a great job giving you information for your arrival to the island. We will definitely be staying again

Despite the nightmare journey because of the recent Gatwick flight disruptions.We were rewarded with peace and solitude as described at Mika's detached villa, The local sunset beach is only a short drive or 10 minit walk away. Unless you like a good walk you do really need a car for the10 minit drive into the grace bay area which is quite lively and full of fine restaurants and bars, on the way there are a couple of good bars, Jacks fountain and coco bistro/coco van does takeaways, they both offer reasonably priced excellent meals. We had (just as well!) arranged with Mika to have some cold beers awaiting us which was very much appreciated. The property the pool and the area is very clean and very quiet. Our thanks to Mika for an undisturbed relaxing holiday.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Mika’s guest house. First I want to say a huge thank you to Mika for being patient with us on when we were arriving. We booked our flight very last minute due to a sick relative and she didn’t know when we were arriving until the morning of, and was still able to arrange a ride to her place and have it ready for us. After one hour of sleep and 11 hours of travel we made it! Mika then gave us a time she could take us to the grocery store to stock up for the week, which was very kind and helpful, then she took us on the quick ride to the beach to show us how to get there. After meeting Mika on the first day, she left us alone to adventure the island and just told us to come to her if we needed anything. My husband and I the first half of the week walked everywhere. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach carrying the chairs and umbrellas. We ended up getting a rental car (highly recommended) the second half of the week and explored much of the island...the beach near Mika’s home is the best on the island in our opinion. I thought I would miss the Grace Bay area, but we actually walked 2 hours down to Coral Gardens one day and 2 hours back, and after seeing how crowded the beaches were, we were very thankful we came across this home when looking for a more affordable option. We definitely want to stay here again. The guest house is cute and clean. You have to wash dishes by hand (not a big deal), you get two sets of fresh towels, washcloths, and shower mats, so we just swapped them out half way through. We cooked all our meals here and only ate out once and the kitchen had everything we needed. You will need to bring, or buy at the grocery store, your own shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper (if you run out of what she supplied), paper towels (she supplied the first roll), and dish soap. The salt and pepper is also running low for whoever stays there next. ;) The mattress could use a mattress pad, TV could be updated to a larger one, and the shower and sink drain needs some tlc. All minor things that would just improve the stay, nothing that would keep us away from visiting here again. We enjoyed our breakfast and tea every morning on the screened in porch, and I enjoyed the pool a couple of times. Thank you for renting out your guest house. We are glad we found you. Location, location, location. Our first time booking through tripadvisor and proud to say that we chose the perfect location for us. The size of the guesthouse villa was just right for two people. It is in a quiet residential area in NE Leeward Settlement. Less than a 10 minute walk to to the beautiful and quiet Pelican Beach which was also just a couple of kilometres walk to the famous Grace Bay Beach. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well equipped if you choose to eat in. We had some of our meals in the screened dining area. Used the pool few times. Wifi was good. We’re mostly in the guesthouse at night, so a bit bigger TV and more channels would be ideal. With the owner living in the main house, it was beneficial in two ways - 1) security, 2) quick information for the guesthouse and the local area. The guestbook was also a nice touch. Mika was an excellent host. Transportation to and from the airport was included in the rental...however Mika went the extra mile. We didn’t have a car on our first few days. The day we arrived, she drove us to get some groceries. She also drove and picked us up at the Thursday Fish Fry in the Bight. After leaving her property, we traveled to the other islands. On the way back, the arrangement was for her to send a transportation company to meet us at the ferry and drive us to the airport. Mika picked us up instead...she stopped by the a store on the way to the airport so we could do a little souvenir shopping. We would certainly recommend Mika’s guesthouse to any couples staying in Provo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 16 al 25 agosto. La casa si trova nel Leeward Settlement, una quartiere piuttosto esclusivo con accesso controllato, alla fine est di Grace Bay. Lo studio è molto carino, ben arredato e con tutti i confort necessari per una vacanza easy. A disposizione degli ospiti teli mare, ombrellone, sedie da spiaggia e attrezzatura snorkeling. La piscina è molto bella. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili pronti ad aiutarti in caso di necessità. La spiaggia (parte estrema di Grace Bay - la parte piu' bella a mio avviso) dista 15 minuti a piedi o 3 minuti in macchina ed è davvero bellissima, deserta e selvaggia. A 2 minuti in più c'è la spiaggia di Leeward che è davvero TOP!. I negozi sono raggiungibili con 5 minuti di auto il cui noleggio è a mio avviso imprescindibile. Se dovessimo ritornare a Providenciales (probabile perchè è davvero un luogo stupendo) tornerei da Mika!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 10 jours. Une ile magnifique et un tresor pour les yeux! Relaxant et possibilité de faire ses repas grâce au bbq fournis par les proprietaires! Des vélos egalement disponible pour aller a la plage voir les magnifiques coucher de soleil ou aller a lepicerie a 20minutes. Les locations de voitures sont abordable pour visiter les differentes plages! Merci Mika pour votre hospitalité et au plaisir de revenir visiter votre coin de paradis ☺
