Es como estar en casa, tienes de todo super equipado,estufa, refigerador,tostador, plancha,cafetera,lavadora,etc.tienes tele y aire acondicionado hasta en la cocina. María y aspa muy amables y serviciales, aspa siempre pendiente de q este todo perfecto en tu habitación todo super limpio no vas a querer ni irte. Gracias x todo me sentí en casa

Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Es ist sehr sauber was mich sehr begeistert hat. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Als die Ausenbeleutung meines Balkons defkt war, wurde dies schnellst möglich behoben. Wenn man Fragen zur Stadt hat oder wissen möchte wie die Busverbindungen sind, kann man unschieniert fragen. In meinem Zimmer waren Schlaf-, und Wohnbereich getrennt. Man hat in jedem Raum Heizung und auch Klimanlage. Fernseher gab es auch im Wohnbereich sowie auch im Schlafzimmer. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist 2 min vom Hafen entfernt und denn ganzen Cafes/Restaurant. Die Einkausmeile ist gleich eine Strasse weiter unten. Auch zum Taxi Stand hat man 2 min. Der Busbahnhof ist in ca 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar.

The room was basic, but serviceable. This is not life on the luxury side of the road however. You will give up many of your basic home comforts to live here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only major let down was the shower curtain which was browned with decades of human fat. Having asked the owners to 'fix it' their solution was to simply wash it (which of course was impossible) and put it back. Perhaps my expectations of this very budget hotel at somewhat less than budget prices were too high, but when a guest says 'fix something', my normal expectation would have been for it to be fixed properly. In the case of the shower curtain, replacing it would have been the only sensible option. The photos (of course) make the rooms look much nicer than they really are. They are basic. That's it. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable, but they kept removing all the bedding after I requested more due to cold nights. I eventually ended up supplementing their bedding with my own sleeping bag. One thing you will have to get used to if you stay here is the barking dogs. They are everywhere and bark all day and all night. One very large dog is located in the building opposite. It nearly drove me crazy. The other comment is about Lesvos in general. You should go there it's a nice holiday destination and needs tourists. But there are often large packs of wild dogs that roam around freely. I couldn't get used to walking around a corner to find maybe a pack of 15 wild dogs just lounging around with nothing better to do. This of course is outside of the hotel owners control, but if you've ever been attacked by an out of control dog (I have as a young person) it might make you a little nervous. Also you will need to learn to love the sound of little two stroke 'put put' scooters (or mopeds), they are also everywhere. All in all it is what it is. Lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Le foto pubblicate non corrispondono assolutamente, almeno per quamto riguarda il nostro alloggio. La camera era piccola ed arredata diversamente ed anche il bagno non e' comodissimo. La posizione e' centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, ma se siete in auto il problema del parcheggio e' notevole. In compenso la pulizia e' ottima come pure la cortesia del personale.

Not bad at all. Very spacious room, with everything you might need in the kitchen. Superb wifi connection, excellent tv. Clean rooms. And now the downside. They do not clean every day as someone stated before. Perhaps, the policy is different for families staying there but I, as a sales representative, stayed at a studio that besides a wifi connection, has offered nothing. Not very kind staff, no parking space and for a two day stay the room has been cleaned only once. Highly overpriced. Recommended for families, but not for business travellers.

Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια, με πολύ καλή διακόσμηση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα! Είχε τα πάντα από κουζινικά (ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος στο σπίτι του) και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Τέλειο σήμα wifi, δωρεάν. Καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και ήταν πολύ διακριτικοί σχετικά με το τι προσωπικά αντικείμενα του πελάτη θα μετακινούσαν. 10 στα 10 !!!

We stayed in Heliotrope studios for two weeks as mother and daughter and there is nothing negative at all to say about it, on the contrary! the studios are located in the very heart of the city, our room was clean and well equipped, WiFi worked without any problems and the staff - especially Yorgos - was super friendly and extremly helpful with all our requests. We will hopefully be back soon and there will be no question for us where we'll be staying! Thank you again for all of your help!

I enjoyed my stay at the Helitrope studio very much. The room was perfectly equipped, the place is centrally located and the staff - especially lovely Yorgos - were very helpful and friendly. I would defiantly come again!

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de mytilene , propre et bien agencé avec l'ensemble des éléments utiles ( lave linge, four, balcon) . Très bon accueil . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
